Please see the attached explanation for a more complete explanation. Dates: Approximately August 2021 - present. I have a concern regarding the billing for club membership and lessons. I've paid for $240 for lessons, but the Queen City Fencers Club is refusing to perform the lessons or provide a refund. I've exchanged emails and had verbal conversations with the club owner, but there has been no resolution. I am interested in amicably resolving for the mutual benefit of both parties and would like the BBB's help in doing that.Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and determined that it partially resolves the matter. The business issued a partial refund. In doing so, Mr. B**** sent a rude and disrespectful communication. While I don't see a reason to continue the matter, I would suggest Mr. B**** rethink how he communicates to his customers, especially regarding pricing. Mr. B**** also needs to rethink how he communicates with and treats children. Since my initial complaint, I have become aware of him verbally abusing my child. Had I known about it at the time I made my initial complaint, I would have included a detailed explanation. Had I known about it when it happened, I would have immediately removed my children from his presence. This is more troubling that the matters outlined in my initial complaint.
