I was at the Golfland facility on Sunday, June 18th when I slipped and fell on their sidewalk. I've been trying to get management to contact me to discuss my injury and how I can go about filing an insurance claim with them but outside of one brief phone call, no one has responded to me and no insurance representative has contacted me. My leg is seriously bruised and I need to know how they want to proceed.Business response

I was not made aware of any fall that day. I just questioned all employees scheduled that day and nobody recalls a customer fall.
Before I can respond with any additional information, I will need to know what time and where the fall happened.
Note: our course has a park-like setting with many hills and bricks out-lining each hole. As far as I know, we have not had any falls on the course since I have been here (since 2014). Not sure where our responsibility would be without all details.
