I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Flex. I had my phone out in a common area and I put it away after being belittled and yelled at followed by being told by employee to“get the * *** ** ********.” The employee's behavior was appalling – they treated me with disrespect, screamed at me, and refused to refund my money. It's unacceptable for employees to abuse their positions and act as though they're better than customers. I will not be returning, and I urge others to reconsider supporting a business with such toxic behavior.Initial Complaint

Post Office Box #***** Cleveland, Ohio 44101-5629 (305) 213-1122 & Mr. Todd S*******, President, Chief Executive Officer And Director FLEXECO, INC. **** ********* ****** ********* **** ********** (216) 905-8005 Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Dear Mr. Charles F**** and/or Mr. Todd S*******: Good morning or good afternoon to You! How is your day today in sunny Cleveland, Ohio and/or wherever else You are in the World? My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Sunday, February 12th, 2023, I paid $37.00 to use the spa and facilities and sadly several things were Not working at all including the Sauna and some other parts of the spa. Furthermore, I was also given quite a small locker as well! Lastly, there was a very strange odor coming from a certain area of the club as well! Sadly, it is so Amazingly True that on the Google Maps Review Pages, many Customers have complained about the amenities Not working, including myself whereby I spoke with one (1) of the managers about it and the other things that I have mentioned above and he got offended and asked ME to leave in which I did! I was Not even there for even (45) minutes and did Not Have A Good Experience Overall! I did ask for a Refund for My Inconvenience and it was Refused! I have since Disputed The Charge With My Credit Card Company because I was Treated Very Unfairly and this is Not How You Treat A First (1st) Time Customer, Period! In Order To Resolve This Case and/or Complaint in Its' Full Entirety since I am also Never Coming Back To The Club, I am therefore asking You To Please Take Care Of This Bogus Charge And Refund The $37.00 Dollar Amount Right Back To My Visa Credit Card!
