  • Payment Options include: one full payment for the school year September- June offering a discount, one full payment for a semester offering a discount or monthly payments. Company accepts credit cards (No AX), checks and cash.

    Credit card payments paid through the customer's online account has no processing fee.

    Credit card payments are assessed a 4% convenience fee if paid using the square at the school. 

    No debit cards accepted.


Refund and Exchange Policy
  • Tuition is due the first of each month. For the academic school year running September through May, we ask a 30 day written notice if you need to drop a class.
    If tuition payments are delinquent for one month, a student will not be allowed to continue classes until payments are brought current.
    A $25 late fee will be charged if tuition is late for the month.  $50 fee added if tuition is owed after the last class of the session.

    10-class cards are for adults only. Class cards do not register a student for a particular class nor hold their space for a class. A class will be canceled if there is NOT a minimum of five (5) individuals registered.
    Class cards expire six months from date of purchase.
    Class card students must sign-in prior to taking each class.
    Semester discounts do not apply to class cards.

    Tuition Refund Policy:
    All class changes must be made within the first week of each semester and must be submitted to the Front Desk on a class change form. There are no refunds, credits or applications of tuition payments to another semester. Students who miss classes or withdraw before the end of a semester will not receive a refund, except in the case of a serious illness or injury that is documented by a physician, or if a student is moving out of town. All documentation must be received within 30 days of the injury or the refund will not be processed. Classes must be made-up within each semester.

    No financial adjustments will be given for missed classes.  
      
    Classes will not be rescheduled due to inclement weather. 
            
    Students may make-up a cancelled class in another class of the same level.  For additional recommendations ask your instructor or the front desk.
         
    Classes must have a minimum of five students.  If a class is cancelled, a refund will be made if another appropriate class is not available to accommodate your schedule.
         
    There are no refunds for the summer.
