July7, 2023/ july 8, 2023 ***************************- Dog Breeder We were looking for a new puppy to join our home, went to the AKC website looking at Vizslas. Somehow got to : ************************** website, it appeared to be a fairly standard breeder website same as some of the others I reviewed. Inquired about a weirmarnaer puppy named Kiara via the contact form under her picture. The next morning I recieved an email with pictures of a puppy, pricing (770 for the dog, 200 for transportation). The scammer also texted messaged to make sure i recieved the email, he answered questions, sent additional pictures of another dog they had posted online. Looking back I should have been alerted by the grammatical errors. Then I agreed to purchasing a puppy after telling them about who we were while answering a couple of questions. It did seem rushed but multiple dogs I had previously been working with sold extremely quickly. Then came the request for the payments this is where I should have known... they did not take Credit Cards, only apply pay, google pay or Zelle. The information they provided on payments were: Cashier’s Zelle Email :::: ************************* Name :::: Alaysia J****** Memo ::: Henry Make the payment in two installments $490 and $500 to prevent failures or delays. And/ orCashier’s Google pay Email :************************* Name :James ****** C****** Memo :Henry Make the payment in two installments $490 and $500 to prevent failures or delays. This is where I should have had the oh [censored] moment... but I was so focused on the puppy. The pushiness of getting paid should have been another sign. But atlas I had my husband transfer the money. I followed up and asked about delivery and was reassured the puppy would get delivered over the the weekend. This morning I followed up on the delivery and was reassured they would be headed to the pet courier service. A couple hours later recieved an email from pet fly service. Then request for insurance money of $1100 to ensure the delivery of the puppy safely. I googled the websites/ delivery companies and bam it was clear I had been scammed. Meanwhile the breeder was "unavailable" due to his wife needing surgery. I asked for the insurance policy documentation and insurance company phone number. I also asked for a payment portal... no could do on the credit card again... had to be For instant transactions and refunds. Which of the account will you be using?" . We have filed a fraud alert with google pay for our orginal transaction, our bank and submitted it for fraud police report.

I entered into a contract with the vendor for a puppy that said shipping was included with the purchase, with a value of $100. Then I get a text from the shipper demanding $1950 for shipment. I am not responsible for that and the seller is!! I want the puppy but only for $800

i went on this site so then i could get a new puppy due to having to rehome one of my bigger dogs. i looked through and found “cindy” which i fell in love with, i contacted them to be able to get more information and was emailed with pictures of cindy that weren’t on the site. i trusted that and continued to speak back and forth with them, then sent $750 for “cindy”. they told me he would come today, but then i got an email about some insurance and it was $1,300. i didn’t feel comfortable paying and said i would much rather to have someone drive and bring “cindy”, he said okay and then ended up trying to get another $300 from me. i said i was uncomfortable and then asked for a refund after he tried to pressure me into paying more. the insurance place had also called me so then they could get me to pay this fee, which i refused to pay.

We paid $325 for a deposit in a dashund. I asked for updated pics and he used the excuse that he was at the hospital. I then asked for a picture of him at the hospital and have not heard from him since. He showed Buddy” on his website and was supposed to take him down as soon as he received payment. That did not happen as he was at the hospital. As of today this has not happened. I sent a request through Zelle to get a refund and have not had a response yet. Enclosed is a copy off my receipt showing I paid

I was scammed out of $800 on 07/12/22 from this company pretending to be a Shih Tzu Breeder in Ohio. We lost our dog last week n decided to buy a puppy online. The company looked legimate but after they requested money via Zelle, I received an email fr transport company, Ferry Transport which is s bogus company as well requesting another 2450 for a crate. That's when I knew I was scammed. Company did not return my money when I said deal was off and offered to pay half the crate fee. Company was trying to get more and more money from me. I've since learned they are in scammers list. Please try to hv website removed. They are definitely scammers. Thank you

      BBB unable to locate business
The date of transaction was 2/3/2022. I ordered a puppy from the business and it was supposed to arrive at my home today. The amount paid to the business was $850, and included shipping. This morning, I received a phone call from someone who said he was from the delivery service telling me to go check my email. The email requested $2000 to pay for insurance on the puppy, 98 percent to be refunded after delivery. I refused. I have tried emailing the company to request a refund but no one is answering me back and no puppy has been delivered to my home.
