Larry H***** began a project at our house 8/4/21 that consisted of a new driveway, garage, room off the garage, patio, overhang, glass block windows, steps at front and rear doors and regrouting of foundation bricks. He only completed the glass block windows and regrouting of bricks. He poured all the cement. However, all the water is funneled to go to the patio instead of down the driveway. We have a huge puddle against our house usually 2-3 inches deep. Sometimes it goes into the basement. The garage, room and overhang has been started but not finished. We have tried numerous times to call and text him to see when he will be out to complete the job. He either tells us he will be over soon or he doesn’t answer our calls. We have paid him $47,300 in cashiers checks. At first I made them out to Affordable Quality Masonry. He said they had to be made out to him personally. We don’t know where to turn from here. We refinanced our house to be able to do this project. We are very upset and frustrated.
