  The conditions of the hotel on every level and the professionalism of the express Inn Motel in ********** or Warrensville Heights Or simply unprofessional and deplorable and immoral and demoralizing And untolerable, they have the nerve to charge top dollar and the place is kept like a dump and is really not clean but one time a week and the phones are not pluggable or usable that come with the hotel standard. The front desk clerk talk to you crazy and disrespectful consistently to me and everybody else of color and non Caucazoid ethnicity. They’ve also additionally Text Me extra charges on my debit account that her uncle and Akhona for an unexplained and whenever is convenient the management and owners can really say that they don’t understand English whenever I request the inquiries this entire stay. They have offered me no community support or information about case management or resources here or even places of worship that they chose to attend. The front desk clerk Harry continues to get aggressive with me whenever he is felt personally to be shown that he is ignorant and I’m professional and not equipped with any type of equipment to talk to people so disrespectfully and so strong and so aggressive.I don’t respect Nick or ***** or any of the executives or the check out Blackman because they offer no true resolution or professional record answers to Economical hazards and situations I do believe that I was explained and told that my check-in date was 9/28 /2023 of this year. I have been overcharged in my visit And my stay according to the receipts. I don’t respect the black checkout guy dexter or Nick or any of the office employees. I will be suing and receive compensation Tory ownership of this hotel and other hotels and also the sack ovation army ARC and all campuses of our salvation army corps for wow ********* and also the state of **** entirely and individually.   Just wanted to let you know that ****** **** is still staying as a guest on the property, here is his stay at Express Inn (**** ********** *** ************ ******** **********). I am not sure why he is still staying here if feels like he was overcharged and disrespected, I personally don't know him but I won't do business with people who don't respect me or my money.
