I use a debit card to purchase some rotor for my car. Which was 74 dollars was charge 209 .48 to my card . Which was over drawn to cover my 74 dollars. I call my card and was told Detroit auto charge 209.48 March 5 . I went back inside and ask did you charge my car the amount he said no. He went to the machine they was a charge for 209. He void the sale.He said don’t no how that happen.. My card saying I have to wait until the merchant sent back. 5 to 7 days. Detroit Auto Parts need to be reported.Business response

Ms. ****** did approach us regarding the purchase which had inadvertently hit her account for the incorrect amount. Our manager at the Pearl Road location did acknowledge and apologize for the error. The correction was made and the sale voided out. However, due to the banking rules and regulations for the area in which we are conducting business, the bank has to wait 5 to 7 days to put through the adjustment on her card. This delay is a guideline of the bank, NOT us. The adjustment will appear as PENDING until it is cleared by the bank.
