Our library has had the paper recyclers for years. It's supposed to be a fundraiser - and we haven't seen a penny in over eight years. They pick up very rarely. And now they're trying to charge us because someone threw "rubbish" into the paper recycler. We have no way of monitoring that - and we never agreed to pay them. This was always supposed to be a fundraiser. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of - and when you do find someone to talk to, we have found them to be very unfriendly, bordering on rude. We've asked for it to be taken away, since we haven't seen any fundraising from it in years, it's not worth having here and taking up parking spaces.
