I cannot recommend Silver Lion highly enough! Since 2020, I've had the pleasure of working with ***** ******* at this incredible agency, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. As someone in law enforcement, skepticism is second nature to me, and I initially approached Silver Lion with a fair amount of caution. However, Aaron and the team quickly dispelled all my doubts. Silver Lion specializes in uncovering student loan reduction or elimination programs that are not widely known or easily accessible. The value they provide is truly exceptional. I was astounded when they helped me eliminate a staggering $192,000 in student loan debt for a fraction of the cost. Excellent services provided to me by silver lion!! They informed me I was eligible for loan forgiveness for the entire loan of my graduate school since I had been paying it for over 20 years!!! They submitted all the necessary paperwork in July 2023 and today I received confirmation from student gov.irg that my loans are all forgiven and my balance is ‘zero’. I am thrilled and thankful to silver lion!!!! Aaron Longino, student loan advisor was great to work with. He followed up and through every step of the way!!!

Scam! Signed up with them and paid the fee and never had an communication from them afterwards. I tried calling the number and got an offsite company answer the call that wasn't able to help me or find anyone that could. I had to cancel my credit card to have them stop charging me. I am not working directly with the company my loans are through to pay them off.

*******, Your review is not accurate. You contracted us to complete your consolidation and income-based repayment applications and submit them on your behalf. We did just that and verified that they were accepted and completed. I checked our call and email records and only received one phone message that was returned to voicemail. We also received a single email request from you to cancel your ongoing service agreement. Which we did upon receipt. I have also personally reached out to you on 2 other occasions to discuss your dissatisfaction with our organization. That have both gone to voicemail and unanswered.

Aaron was my representative. I was being charged a maintenance fee every month, but my loans never were consolidated as promised. When I called, then I was told they could not consolidate all my loans into one as I was originally told. I am still stuck with two payments. This was the only reason I agreed to the process. This company appears to be deceitful, and their only real goal is to make a monthly fee. I recently received a notice from them saying payment was returned. I don't know why, as my bank information has not changed, but they should have never received payment in the first place. I should get a refund!

We completed that. We also kept in contact with you reaching out a number of times to request additional information. You did not reply to our calls, voicemails or emails. We would be happy to continue working with you to ensure your student loans are in the best possible position.

Wonderful experience in having my student loans finally forgiven. It was an easy process and Aaron was so positive and walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommended Silver Lion for anyone that needs assistance with their student loans.

Been with them for over a year and always received unclear methods of this company actually saving me money. After they made about a $1000 off me, I decided to opt out and they’re still charging me their “maintenance fee.” This company appears fraudulent.

We completed that. You are enrolled into an IDR plan with a $0 dollar a month payment. You also contracted us to handle your annual recertification, the maintenance fee you referred to. For which we took care of your recertification last year. On Jan 3, 2022 you called to cancel that service and we cancelled that contract with you at that time. Mr. Anderson, we appreciate your business, we are glad that we could help you with your loans, and we are sorry if there was any break in communication from our end. Worst business I have dealt with. When I started in March Lori was my agent. I paid the fees and waited the 6-8 weeks for the loan to process. During this time, Lori left and I was assigned Aaron ****. He did answer my question about my agreement but nothing else. When I asked about a charge, he stated that it was a maintenance fee that was stated on my agreement.(Which is not on my signed copy) I then assumed it was a once a year thing, until I noticed it again on my account. Today I asked to be directed to where I could cancel the agreement and he took it on himself to cancel it for me, which I did not consent to. I will not ever recommend this company to anyone.
