      This was an aweful experience. Not only were the instructions unclear, but we sent a text letting the service know we were here and waited an hour to be picked up, despite the directions indicating that the service picks up at 20 past the hour and 40 past the hour. The driver had absolutely no customer service. He argued with all of us and then decided to turn the air off in the shuttle despite it being a heatwave in Cleveland because he didn’t want to “catch a cold”…..never again!

      This is not what I think, it is a warning to Consumer who might cancel. I cancelled my reservation after 24 hrs. of making it. I followed the instructions of contacting the only phone number on my Reservation Overviews. After many back and forth emails they finally admitted that the lot does not forward cancellation notices to the Mother Company !!!! THIS INFORMATION WAS NEVER GIVEN TO ME. Nowhere on the Reservation Overview is this information available to the consumer. I cancelled in good faith 1 day prior to the reservation per the instructions and the information given at that time on the Reservation Overview and with the only contact number that appears on the Reservation overview. (3) times What I found out after returning from vacation and numerous requests for refund was that they ADMITTED their ERROR and sent me Corrected Cancellation Instructions totally Different Instructions from what they initially said With a link to Cancel in an e-mail. If they would have put this information on the Reservation Overview this letter would have never happened. But by leaving this misinformation and thus not allowing me to cancel. I feel this error on THEIR PART Warrants a refund minus the Service fee$55.85 - $6.49= $49.36 REFUND For providing INCORECT INFORMATION that caused me not to CANCEL CORRECTLY but meets the CANCELLATION information provided. Reservation number ********

      We were left stranded at the airport by this company. We had to uber to the lot where they wouldn't let us retrieve our car. We called the police, they came and the company made us pay another $40 to get our car out. The police agreed we should just pay and contact the bank in the morning which we did and everything was reversed, but they still stole $40 from us and almost stranded us in the middle of the night. This company has been on the news and isn't licensed in Ohio right now. The security guard at the hotel next door said the night before they made a family with kids sleep in the lobby before they would open the gate to let them get their vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      The name says it all....they give their CUSTOMERS 2 BIRDS! Travel issues caused me to return a day later so I had to pay for an additional day. No problem...well after almost 2 hours of confusing texting i was finally told that my original reservation had been canceled and i had to pay for all stayed days (which was now a premium price pre-day). Fine....but...To top it off i was never refunded the amount i initially paid so i paid double for terrible service!

      They didn't pock us up as promised, I had to get a taxi. They wint answer phone calls and their texts are generic from an automated response machine. They charged me more money for the shuttle when they advertise free shuttle. Awful company, go anywhere else!

      Detailed instructions provided when booked parking. Follow the directions to a T and had a wonderful experience. When we got back, we follow the directions again and had a very lovely experience. The driver was very polite and sweet and caring.

      This was the absolute WORST customer service I’ve experienced in my life- twice! The first time I thought was a fluke or I caught the driver on a bad day. But after my 2nd terrible experience with this company, I started reading all the 1 star reviews on Facebook and other places, and now understand this is how the company operates. I cannot emphasize enough what a horrible and confusing and degrading experience that was. How is this company still in business????

      I feel like not only is a crazy that you have to wait 50 minutes for a pick up. It's even more crazier that when your driver comes, he's not polite he doesn't even help the older people get in the vehicle that was standing in there waiting or help them at all, and then to pull up in the parking lot not even take the luggage out, not come to the side door, close the doors and just pull off is very rude and unprofessional The driving is outrageous not even doing the speed limit it's just not called for

      TERRIBLE! They have hidden fees. Told us it was an extra $25 on the way there. Got back and the guy said it was $25. We told him we paid on the way there. He then said oh it’s another $25, which the other guy never mentioned. He never had the link to the additional fees and sat at the airport until the fee was paid. Then proceeded to ask for proof. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL and NASTY!

      Our flight got canceled and we had tried to contact the shuttle company to get a ride back to our vehicle… they sent back a response saying that we would need to pay an additional $25 for a “round trip fee”. There were absolutely no instructions given on how to pay this fee, so we sat at the airport with our two year old for 3 hours trying to get picked up. We eventually got an Uber and the police had to help us get into the lot to retrieve our vehicle. An absolute disgrace of a company.
