Patient credit balance, I have called several times left messages and no response.Business response

Per the attachment, the due diligence letter was marked to show that the obligation was not owed, so no refund was issued. Subsequent voicemails from the owner questioning the refund referenced an incorrect phone number. We found an accurate phone number and were able to get in touch with the owner. A refund has now been issued, resolving this issue.Customer response
