On Oct 2nd 2023 I made a reservation for an uncovered parking spot check in 05/22/2024 & check out 06/01/2024. Confirmation # *********. Cost $ ******, paid by credit card ending in 1595. On 06/01/2024 when trying to exit the property the machine said insufficient funds after scanning bar code given by company. No one was there to help me get out the gate, so I was forced to pay amount the machine said $174.16. Than gate went up letting me out. The charge card used ended 9686. There has been no way contact any live person only Tex options I have sent them two request over last 39 days to refund the $174.16 to credit card without any communication from theParkingSpot **************************************. While reviewing our guests feedback, I noticed your message and wanted to take a moment to personally follow up with you. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you regarding the service you received while checking out at our facility.
Based on your feedback it appears that there may have been an error on our part while processing your parking charges. We have issued a refund on 7/14/2024 in the amount of $174.16 and have emailed you a copy of your receipt.
