I stopped going to Midwest Allergies in 2019. Before I left the state I asked if I had any outstanding bills to which they said I did not. They continued sending me bills will additional late fees and I continued to dispute them directly over the phone to Midwest Allergies. Their billing department would not reply to me as to whether or not they would dissolve this incorrect fee. The billing department would say that they would look into it and call me, however they never did. They eventually stopped contacting me and sent the fee for $195 to a bill collector. Because of Massachusetts law, the bill collector could not contact me via phone or email. I am trying to contact Midwest Allergies again to stop the bill collector from requesting this money from me and to remove this fee that is on my record and ruining my credit score. The same bill that was incorrectly addressed to me, never rectified, and has been ruining my credit score with out me knowing for the past two years. Midwest Allergies does not care about their patients and does not keep correct billing. Midwest Allergies is not answering their phones but I will continue to call them and leave messages. The debt collector company, ****** ********, is also reaching out to them with no answer. I would like my debt to be waived and for my credit score to not be affected by this whole misunderstanding where Midwest Allergies incorrectly charged me for something that they did not have the right to. Midwest Allergies needs to be reprimanded for ruining my credit score and preventing me from conducting business due to this outstanding fee on my record with the debt collectors. They are probably doing this to other past patients without their knowledge to it. Midwest Allergies needs to remove this request for me to pay a bill that they incorrectly charged me and I would appreciate if they would also be given a very poor rating on their website.Business response

This account has been cleared with ****** ********* The balance was outstanding and has been paid. Midwest Allergy did not nor did they ever
harge late fees to any account. Account balance is zero and notification done
