Was charged $1500 for injections I never received. Received an statement from the office for allergy testing for $476 after insurance. The next month received a typed statement not on company letter head for $776 after insurance for allergy serum that I never received. Called the office and they stated I order them and they $1500 for prep. Told the office through writing, voicemail and speaking with someone that I did not want the injections but they charged them anyways. Asked several times to send me documentation that I signed up for allergy shots and they keep sending the **** with a hand written note stating I agreed. $1500 charged for no services.Review from Jayson S

Is it possible to not give any stars and maybe negative??I bought two purifiers about 15 or 16 years ago, I have not been able to purchase replacement filters in about three years, due to finances, about 10 minutes ago ***** from the Fargo location, yes I am naming you ***** called my house and got my answering machine. This is where the story normally ends right? No !! instead as my answering machine is playing the recording, I hear him in the background saying its been 3Fn years b**** ! which is the last time, I purchased filters. I called ***** back I told him that I heard him talking in the background and told him to never fn call here again !! And that he has already made his last sale !! and I told him hes lucky I dont come down there and show him how much of a b**** I am !!Theres an old saying when you live in a glass house you dont throw rocks well ***** you just cost yourself X amount in commission, and your company x amount in profit !! hope youre happy !! I hope everybody in this region stays away !! we do not need people like this amongst us, especially ones trying to make money from us.
