I had a problem with squirrels ripping of shingles and clawing their way under the peak of my roof causing lots of damage, and they even got burrowed in to have little squirrels. I called squirrel busters and they suggested I call Critter Control and have a guy named ******** **** come take a look, and did he ever. He set traps, took pictures , explained the process to me and, discussed plan A and B if A didn't work with the traps. After the fifth day, he climbed on the ladder and with trap in hand and holding the long handled trap device to reach in, he wound up reaching in with his heavily gloved hand to get the mangy squirrel out of my ceiling under the soffits then he got the little ones out and then covered up the sizeable hole with some heavy temporary cardboard to prevent any birds from getting in, which I did see one unsuccessfully try, while I now wait for my roofer to come and fix the damage. He was very polite and professional everytime he came and in the end did a great job of releaving my tremendous stress that had been growing each day. I highly recommend Critter Control and a special shoutout to ******** **** for an excellent job. I would recommend him to anyone with a similar problem. Very happy home owner in Centerville Oh. I scheduled the appointment due to my mother having an animal in the rafters, When I scheduled the appoint I had to give a credit card and would be charged ******, plus another ***** when cages were delivered. I was given a date and time which was a four window of 8-noon, s phone calls later and no person, The second call said that I needed to sign papers due on line since the employee has COVID. I informed them I was at my mothers, where the issue was and she doesn't have internet. I could sign them when I get them home.Noon came and went, So another call was made and I was told he was running late due to bad weather. Toledo had no bad weather. So about 12:15 **** called and said he'd be thee within an hour. At 1:15 I called and cancelled the appointment and tried to call **** and tell him the appointment was canceled. no answer, We decided to go get lunch when he pulled in, and stated that he had COVID and I needed to sign his pad. I told him that the appointment was canceled, and he was over an hour late and asked why he was working if he had COVID. And get off the property. I am sorry if you can't make an appointment in a 4 hour timeframes, there is something wrong!! The have COVID and tell you that. OMG!!!
