      My mailbox has been changed multiple times without my knowledge or in consent , no it has been broken into does not lock and no one is taking it as priority, I’ve had multiple maintenance issues that still has not been address they leave no notices they just come at anytime and then say no one is home they are very rude in the office and keep the doors locked and never answer the phone or return voicemails left for maintenance issues

      I previously moved from this community not owing money. I had gotten a notification from my creditor Experian and goes to check on it and there’s an extremely large amount of debt that I don’t owe. These apartments carry a bad reputation and I would like to have them to contact the owner who placed that amount on my credit report for them to have it removed immediately? They are very unprofessional people and don’t respond well to matters.

      I have mold in my apartment and they will not come fix the apartment or any of my work orders they get smart hang up the phone and are rude they need to change the staff over there I. The office I’ve called and called and nothing is getting done

      Good afternoon we received this call yesterday referring to the black substance. We don't call it mold because it has not been tested for this. We did a work order for maintenance. In regards being rude that is incorrect, tenant has come to office yelling and disrespecting staff over other issues that we had addressed. When calling is the same issue being rude to staff when staff is trying to help. She stated yesterday in the call she wanted to break the lease and staff member provide all information she needed.

      By far the worst apartment complex to live at. They never fix things when you request it and the office ppl are rude and unprofessional. My pipes burst in December 2022 and they still haven't changed the moldy carpet My dyer doesnt work told them since December still hasnt been fixed. Because I made a complaint with columbus city enforcer and stood up against there bs they now wont to evict me. They seriously need to be shutdown and taken over. I urge everyone that lives here to come together and file a lawsuit against them. I will be reaching out to all tenants to make this happen because what they are doing is not right and they cant get keep getting away with it. I urge all ppl living with this unjust landlord practice to come together and make this lawsuit happen. We are more powerful together.

      I have been waiting on as they say put on a waiting list for my air to get fixed. The compressor has gone out so it does not blow out anything but hot air. It has been in the 80's all this week and i have reached out to the rental office multiply times a day/week and no one ever contacts me back. I work from home so not have working air is a big issues. Not only that I have 5 children. My youngest has nose bleeds b/c it is so HOT upstairs. The maintenance, if thats even what u call his lazy ***. But he walks around here playing all day instead of fixing stuff. I will not be renewing my lease over here. They need to be shut down. Just the other day they called me, and I'm thinking they calling to get my air fixed and they calling talking about some broken *** blinds. They were gonna rush over here to fix some $25 blinds but get ghost and dont respond or call anyone back when they air need fixed. This place and the workers are a BIG JOKE. When I am lucky to reach someone they tell me, I will be put on a list b/c they not working on airs right now. But its 80+ degrees outside. Make it make sense. And one of the workers that live out here all her and her husband do is sell weed out of their home. This place is just all the way unprofessional and they need new workers all the way around the board.

      I have personally returned the call over the weekend that came in regarding the AC. JUST as all other residents here were made aware, the site is short staffed, with one tech that is hvac certified. I cannot send anyone else to fix the air conditioner that is not certified. Although the AC has not yet been repaired, brittany was compensated two months in a row for the issues in her apartment. As a member of management, issues are addressed in the order received. This unit is on the list of ac unit repairs. In addition, I am not sure of your allegations regarding another staff member, but this is a totally different issue that can addressed as so. A member of our team will contact you again in regards to your message.

      IN REPLY TO YA'LL MESSAGE: I’m not renewing my lease any **** way. Y’all are a joke. And if you called from a private number I don’t answer those. You call any other time from the office number. I have been on the so called wait list since last year. I would have never moved here if I knew y’all were this lazy. And you gave me a credit because I had ******* water leaking in my **** house . And what the hell does that have to do with NO AIR. I have already been in contact with cmha and I was never renewing my lease any **** way lol. I don’t need y’all to come do ****. I have now purchased 3 window AC because of y’all being lazy. Every person living out here tried to tell me about how lazy y’all are and how they been waiting for air too or heat or whatever the issue is. I like how I had to go to the BBB for you to send me an email lol. Y’all funny ?? Come what October , September I have already been told what to do to get up outta here by December. Oh and you blocked your number from calling per your little screenshot and I don’t do private calls. And my message box isn’t full so you should have left a message. Oh yea and another thing. My sink is still not fixed and I have been waiting for your lazy maintenance man to come fix it. Been waiting for a year now. I still have water and mold growing in the bathroom. Y’all still ain’t came to fix that. I still have a whole in my living room ceiling from water damaged and u guys still ain’t fixed that. When they came to look at the burners , still f**** up and still waiting on a part. Must I go on???? So you would take a shower with your **** looking like this. Water in the ceilings and mold on the walls????(attaching pictures) Let’s not talk about the hole in my ceiling that still drips water and has gotten worse. I’m just waiting for these magically “roof people” to come. I ATTACHED A SCREENSHOT OF A MESSAGE THAT PROVES I BEEN TRYNA GET YALL TO FIX MY AIR AT LEAST SINCE SEPT OF LAST YEAR. still waiting

      See below. I tried calling you 2 times on Saturday, minutes after you called the emergency line. I was not able to leave a message. I has also reviewed and responded to your message on the better business bureau website. On several occasions, I have personally reached out to you to try to help in regards to you maintenance issues, even gave you a credit for to months that was something just to help you and show that we actually wanted to assist. In addition, as I have stated before via text to the community, we are short staff and we only have one person that is certified to work on AC units, and he is out until Tuesday. ALL of my staff members do the best they can while being shorthanded. Your unit is on the ac list. Your blinds is a part of an upkeep on you end, so yes, we had to address that as well as a part of our owner visit requirements. If they were not corrected, the ownership could have requested that we issue a notice to vacate for housekeeping.

      ALSO...as you are aware, I have witnessed criminal activity at your apartment myself and could have filed an eviction on you at that moment. As a concern for you and your family losing you voucher, I did not do so. Just as you are frustrated with your ac, we have helped you out as well. You mentioned a personal matter with another staff member, which I do not get into on what staff members do on their personal time. I am not aware that this is the case, but IF we are addressing all key points, you're welcome to stop by the office for an appointment to do so.

      As a mutual decision per your message, we will not be renewing your lease at this time. If you would like to discuss options of move out prior to lease end, please call us to discuss your options.

      I drop a money order late the owner doesn't do repairs.dont care about resident only collect money

      Resident has caused numerous amounts of damages to the apartment. Resident has NOT paid rent and pays late every month. Resident is aware that rent has nothing to do with repairs. Maintenance has made several repairs to this unit and damages continue to occur after repairs are made. Resident is being asked to vacate by Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority at this time due to abatement status.

      So my heat has not been working properly. I informed the office of my situation and contacted maintenance they arrived Friday but made matters worse. So now I’m with no heat over the weekend with low temperatures. Just sad.

      REISDENT WAS INFORMED ON FRIDAY, FEBRURY 11, 2022 THAT HER GAS VALVE IN HER HEATING SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. MAINTENANCE INFORMED HER THAT HE WOULD RETURN ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2022 UOPN ARRIVAL OF PARTS. NO CALLS WERE MADE TO THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE OVER THE WEEKEND BECAUSE RESIDENT WAS AWARE OF THIS.
