I have contacted the owner of the property several times regarding trees from their property that fell & damaged the fence that they own that is between my yard & the business property. I spent $400 to have the trees removed from my property after the property owner said she would take of care of getting them removed. The area on the business side looks trashy & there is poison ivy from the property growing over into my yard. I have gotten poison ivy twice this year alone. I want the property owner to take care of their property because it is negatively affecting my property & my health considering I had to go to urgent care to have my poison ivy treated. I have attached pictures of the trees that I paid to have removed from my property. There is also an electrical box on the business property that was damaged by the trees.
