I had contacted Blue Dragon to check what is wrong with my ice maker as it wasn't making ice. They came on Feb 26 2024 to inspect and then reset the ice maker. However, it didn't make any ice after 2 days, so they informed me that I would need to ***lace the ice maker as it was faulty. This was for an ** brand fridge. The technician said ***lacing an ice maker is expensive so I considered buying a new fridge. When I spoke with the customer service, they advised me to ***lace the ice maker as their goal is to fix the problem. They ordered the ice maker. When it arrived 2 weeks later, the technician came to my home on Mar 27 2024 to ***lace the ice maker. Despite the new ice maker, it was still not making ice. The.technician explained that the circuit board was likely faulty and not the ice maker. Consequently, the technician came back to take the new ice maker on Apr 1 to return it to the manufacturer for a refund. I had already made payment in full so Blue Dragon let me know it would take 2 to 3 weeks to process my refund for returning the new ice maker.I have contacted Blue Dragon on mutliple occasions to follow up on my refund but have not received the refund for $187.49.The dates I contacted Blue Dragon to follow up on my refund are June 21, 25, 28 July 22 and Aug 14 *********** *** keeps telling me the owner of Blue Dragon is aware of my case and will write a check to refund me. However it is now Sep 1 2024 for an April 1 service and I have not yet received my refund.
