I ordered some items July 7th 2024. Received a confirmation with tracking. They never sent the items, just made a label. I contacted them and the response i received was that someone in the postal system was stealing the packages. Three or four months later they said they sent it with a different carrier. A month later I still have not received my items and will not respond.Customer response

I placed the order on 9/14/24, the funds were taken from my credit card and now they are saying I did not place any orders. I also have my credit card statement to prove the funds were taken. I believe this company is a fraud.Initial Complaint

In November 27, 2023 I purchased a sweatsuit outfit from Fly Brands (Live Fly) for $79.95. I was given a coupon online to use toward the purchase which brought the amount to $56.25. Since my purchase total exceeded $75 I was given a Holiday Surprise Box with 4 free pieces of clothing inside. DEC 13, 2023 I emailed the company on why i had not received my order or an email that my order was on its way. They stated they had sent it and it should reach me soon and provided a USPS tracking number that did not work. I received the order sometime around the 3rd week of Dec 2023. I tried on the outfit and found the Med was not what I wanted, so I emailed the company about their process to exchange and i returned the outfit on Dec 20, 2023 for an exchange to a size L. I had to pay about $16 Priority to return the outfit due to they do not pay for return fees nor issue refunds... I had not heard anything so I reached out Jan. 1st 2024 to see if they had received my return to be exchanged. Due to my Priority mail receipt fading I presented them with the order #. I was told they would check and to allow them time being their holiday orders have created delays. I did and reached back out to them on Jan 26, 2024 and they did not reply until Feb 1, 2024. Again they stated they would update me when they find anything out. We'll I still heard nothing from them and reached back out on Feb 20, 2024 on their website asking why I had not received my return or any update when we are about to go into March and I have not received my exchanged outfit yet. March 21, 2024 they sent their reply to their ***************** and myself stating they were sorry for the inconvience and would be sending me a gift card to shop as a token of their apology and eagerness to gain my trust back as well as send my exchanged outfit. Emailed them on March 22, 2024 thanking response. Still had not heard from them nor received anything promised in the mail yet. Emailed CO March 4th & 9th, 2024 and nothing.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on10/26/23 via Instagram. I messaged the company about my order on 11/20/23 and basically got a response stating due to high seasonal volumes my order is being delayed and thanking me for my patience. The only issue is the order was placed way BEFORE holiday peak season. I have since reached back out and the company is not responding to any emails or additional inquiries about my order. They created a shipping label however the postal service has not yet received the package and no additional updates even via tracking have not been provided just that the company has yet to drop package off to USPS for shipping. I totally believe this company is a scam and should not be allowed to conduct business as they don’t appear to be honest. And refuse to issue refunds. As I later found out in their website. Do not recommend buying anything from this business as it is not legit!!Initial Complaint

I have ordered from this company years ago and never had an issue....it had been a while. I ordered back in Feb of this year. The pants were too small. Sent an email to see about exchanges. They responded and I sent the package with tracking and confirmation. They received the order back in March and I hadn't heard anything. I emailed asking when would my replacement be shipped out. They said as soon as they get another shipment in. Never received my order or any other correspondence. I've emailed several times....asking for my order or a refund. No response.Initial Complaint

I've places an order between January or February of 2023. Due to wrong address the postal service shipped it back to the company. I emailed the company and they emailed me back stating they will reship it. Never heard from them again. I emailed the company 28 times. No reply.Customer response

I’ve placed an order January 27,2023. Due to incorrectly address it was sent back to the company. I contacted the company to state the issue. They contacted me back by email stating they will resend my order. My order has never been sent due to them saying it was out of stock and they have me an option do I want the merchandise or a refund. I wanted a refund. I placed a clothing order with this company on 3/15/23. One of the items did not fit properly and fabric was not to my liking. I reached out to the customer service department to discuss exchange and or store credit options for what I received. I was told exchange may be possible for same item or a different item if the current sizing was not available. I agreed. I inquired about when I would receive confirmation on if sizing was available or would I need to pick another item. I never received this information. I waited 2 weeks for a response, nothing. So, I packaged the item, sent it via UPS and provided customer service with the shipping information as requested so they were notified of it being sent. The shipment arrived and was signed for. I have not had any response to my inquires since. There has been no contact whatsoever and I have emailed, sent message through their website customer service messaging center as well as directly messaging their social media platform. This is terrible customer service and I should have never purchased anything from this place of business for a second time. This is actually my 2nd BBB complaint against this company. I made a purchase Feb 23 2023. Still have not received it. I emailed about it and I was asked if they could send me a different outfit because they no longer had the one I picked. Didn't get that one then I received a email saying my original outfit would be sent out the following week. Still no outfit and they stopped responding to my emails.
