They are the worst with sizes and I ordered a pair of camo sweatpants and they sent me some darker camos that wasn’t the same in the picture. They are not responding I paid for my own exchange and still have not received it.Review from Destini A

Placed an order on the 16th of January 2024 and have been getting the run around ever since. It’s been almost a month and they aren’t responding back to the emails and keep telling me that my order will be sent out and that’s about it! They are complete scams and very unprofessional and need to be out of business immediately! DO NOT PURCHASE OR SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!Review from Marina M

Horrible customer service! I placed an order in October and paid for priority shipping. I didn’t receive it until a month later. There was a hole in my hoodie. They refuse to replace the damaged goods that they sent to me or refund my money. Save yourself the aggravating experience.Review from Alicia C

I was missing two things out of my order and still have yet to receive them eight months later I can’t get a hold of anyone to get this straight now and the people who did answer said they were going to take care of it and then I don’t hear from them againReview from Lakethia S

This company is horrible. I have shopped with them several times and have had trouble but not like this last time. I made an order the first of November and still haven’t received my last item. Their customer service sucks and they don’t do nothing but lie and tell you that your order is coming but it never comes. They don’t send out tracking numbers most of the time so you will never be able to track your items. I want to tell anybody that’s planning on ordering from this company to NOT DO IT!!!! I will never support them again??
