I ordered 6 large male shirt's from TeamTime back in October and was sent the wrong sizes. I received 3 female XL and 2 XXXL shirts. I immediately emailed the CEO, ***** ******* to get the order rectified and he refused to exchange the order out for the correct sizes. He explanation was that I ordered those sizes which is flat out untrue. He offered me 10% discount to order more shirts. I have read others complaining of receiving the wrong items here but he stated all orders come in through a ******* checkout system: there is no way for it to change. So computer system are perfect. Bottom line is, I know what I orders and it wasnt female shirts. This guy gets a lot of military business and in my opinion doesnt care of doing right by customers. I have shirts here that I paid my hard earned money for that I cannot use due to his ******* system or his employees messing my order up. I will make sure I let others know about how I was treated on several other social media sites. Its all about collecting money and not about customer satisfaction.TeamTime, LLC Response

Happy to help here. We use ******* to process all of our orders. I would attach a screenshot here if I could and I did send a copy of your order to your email. You ordered 4 women's XL 2 men's 3XL which is exactly what we made. All of the items are fully custom and hand sewn from scratch so we do not have inventory sitting around!
We understand that clients can make mistakes which is why we offered a size exchange discount for you. This way, you can get replacements for the incorrect size selection that you made and give the shirts to someone else in the unit who can use them.
Again, I can send you the picture of your order. ******* does not change the sizes on the back end. It uses the sizes that you select which is also included on all of the order confirmation emails that we sent you. I can send you a copy of the order confirmation that you received as well.
We have receieved many other orders from your unit and many reorders with extremely happy clients. Hopefully we can get you a new size with the discount that we provided and other people will want the sizes that you ordered.

I ordered a women's XL shirt Aug 19, received Sept 16.I ordered XL (usually wear medium) because it is a sport shirt I wear at work with the ******* and I specifically wanted a "larger" size (ouor workplace was considering to use TEAMTIME for our staff groups but that has now been put on hold). The shirt finally arrived and fits like a SM-MED! I understand they have a no refund policy due to "custom made" but the size is ill-fitting and poorly sized. Although the material and make is of average quality and I would prefer my $ returned instead of an exchange for an even larger size, I have asked repeatedly by email and chat (no one answers the phone and it does not have a voicemail) for a response.TEAMTIME refuses to answer me except with a general unhelpful canned reply.TeamTime, LLC Response

Hi *******, Happy to assist here! Are you able to email me a picture of the shirt that you received so I can verify it is the incorrect size? We always provide refunds and remakes for items when we make mistakes! All of the items are fully custom and hand sewn from scratch so it takes time to make. For this individual shirt order, you had free shipping so you can keep the shirt if we indeed incorrectly send you a size that was incorrect. Ordered product originally on December 2, 2023. 1st initial contact for an ETA was January 4th and were were told it would ship that Friday or Monday. That was directly from the owner *****. We emailed again and made another call. It’s been 2 months. We told them we wanted our money back and now both phones are being sent straight to voicemail.TeamTime, LLC Response

Hi Matthew, Happy to help. All of the items were dispatched as stated and you should have already received them. As you know through our communication, there was an unforseen issue with orders placed the last week of November/early December where customs held all of the items for no reason. This had never happened in my 10 years of experience. We called both the shipping company and the customs department every day to no avail. Finally, we diecided to get all of these items remade. Which we shipped to you. When customs releases the initial orders, we plan on shipping these so you will receive double the items. Hopefully your gear came out great. I appreciate your patience and understanding on this issue as we are a small company doing our best to improve everyday so we take this very seriously as it impacts us greatly when things like this occur.Review from Diana T

First off, apolgies for not seeing your messages! Feel free to email me at tyler@teamtime.shop if you have any questions as we do not have any record of your contacts.
All of the items are fully custom and hand sewn from scratch where the ink is dyed into the fabric of the garment so that the designs/logos will never crack, peel, or fade.
That being said, it takes a bit of time! The turnaround time is about 4 weeks from when you placed your order, for all individual orders. There is also a 2 free week rush option for bulk orders. It looks like you only ordered last week so your orders should be dispatched the first week of September.

The order has not been fulfilled or shipped after 5 weeks when I was told it would take 3-4. I have emailed Tyler repeatedly asking to cancel the order and to refund my money. He has repeatedly refused to acknowledge and just says “how excited” he is to send the very late items. He does not answer the phone and refuses to cancel the order that was needed two weeks ago.TeamTime, LLC Response
