I enrolled in a football referee online course. The courses were scheduled for 8/26 and 8/27 and were to be taken at leisure with a test following completion. The links to the courses have never been enabled as live links in the system. I have reached out to OHSAA multiple times and the links are still not available to take the courses. This is a misrepresentation of online coursework paid by a consumer and never made available to be completed. Nor has the OHSAA contacted me with instructions on how these courses can be completed in another way. Attached are screen shots of the courses in the system with dead links and the course description and refund policy. I do not want a refund - just the ability to take the coursework and testing that was purchased.Business response

We purchased tickets to the Fortress Obetz center 11-5-2022.
We drove 2 hours set in a parking line for 30 minutes and totally missed my grandsons race.
I have contacted the Ohio High School Athletic Association, **** ******* **, ********* ** ***** with whom we had to purchase tickets through.
We purchased with the knowledge we would get to watch the race not pay that kind of money to set in a parking line.
I contacted the Fortress Obetz Center, **** ********** ***, ****** ** ***** with my complaint all I got from them was the gentleman told me he was so ashamed of how the parking went but that was all he had to say.
Ohio High School Athletic Association should refund our money for the tickets since this was not properly run so that people could see the race since this is what they purchased the tickets for. We spent $44 for the tickets.

Thank you for forwarding this complaint.
The event in question was a large state tournament event with over 2000 people and several hundred athletes attending and, based on feedback we have received in our office, the overwhelming majority of people had no issue getting into the venue in time for their race. Although there are a limited number of entrances to the Fortress, the staff there was scanning tickets as people drove up to the venue to try to facilitate entry. At our event debrief we will look at other ways to continue to streamline entry even further in coming years. While this person requested a refund, we have a clear policy that is shared when a ticket is purchased that states there are no refunds unless the event is cancelled.

I am rejecting this response because: They may have this policy but as I said in my first part fortress obetz admitted there was a big problem with the people getting into park. If a place is gonna host an event like this then they are responsible to make sure people are parked in a timely fashion. We were not alone in this problem as we heard others complaining inline they were missing the event. This is not the first year this sport was held there. It has been held a few other years so they know the amount of people that are gonna be coming to this event so therefore they should have planned way in advance that this amount of traffic would be coming. It is there job when they take people money that it is in good faith that the people will get to see the event they are there for. So to end this I do not agree with their policy as its there job when taking peoples money to make sure there is adequate space for such and event and timely parking. When you drove into this event you drove in 3 lanes of traffic which they funneled you down to one lane of traffic then they opened it back up to 4 lanes then funneled those 4 lanes back to 1 now in whose mind did they think this was speedy.
