      I ordered a car part from this company on June 28 th 2023. The company immediately charged me 500 dollars the price of the part. They then sent me an email telling me the part had been delivered which it hadn’t. There is no record of a delivery. Contacting the company is impossible as there phone number goes directly to dial tone and they do not respond to emails.

      Hello,

      I tracked the item and it is still showing in-transit with a delivery date of July 24th 2023. If the customer still requires a refund after Monday, he can refuse delivery or return to sender if unopened to have it returned to us and we will issue a full refund once we receive the item. Our apologies but sometimes there is a delay with delivery that is outside of our control. The customer can always reach out to us @ ###-###-#### to report any issues.

      My handicapped son ordered a.passenger side mirror for his white 2001 Lexus X300 on 1-20-23. They withdrew $150 from his account that day and we’ve not heard a word from them since. They do not return or answer calls, emails, or letters. Is there any way my son can get his money back? It appears that this company is a scam.

      I placed an order for a passenger side mirror for an 09 Kia Optima on Oct. 30th, 2022 and to this day (01/23/23) I have yet to receive my order. I have tried to contact the company multiple times to cancel my order and request a refund and have not been able to get ahold of them AT ALL. I waited it out because I really was hoping to get the part but it’s been too long. I want a refund ASAP!

      On September 25, 2022, I ordered a replacement glove box for my 2007 Volkswagen New Beetle for $199.99. The same day, my credit card was charged this amount. It is now October 28, 2022, and I still have not received my order, nor have I received any updates. When I go onto the website, it says that my order is "awaiting fulfillment." I have emailed them 3 (three) times, and have tried phoning them, only to get a recorded message saying that their voice mailbox is full. I would like a refund on my order.

      I ordered a set of door panels on 7/31/22. The company immediately took out the funds. It’s been 6 days (5 business) and the status still says awaiting fulfillment. There’s only a phone number to contact them and they never answer and there’s no way to leave a message. Other complaints stated the company didn’t have the product and had to outsource to get it. I specifically wanted the door panels listed. Now I’m worried they won’t ship the ones shown. I’m requesting a full refund so I can move on to another company. I purchased these in a rush and didn’t realize it would take this long. Date purchased: 7/31/22 Order number: ***** Desired: full refund processed immediately

      Consumer filed a duplicate complaint which has been closed as invalid - duplicate. Therefore this complaint has been reopened due to the following information from the duplicate complaint:

      The company never shipped my item out. When I asked for refund, they said refund was issued on 8/9/22. That’s been 14 days (10 business) and still no refund. It’s impossible to communicate with them.

      In your response to the BBB, you indicated you had issued a refund to the consumer.

      I purchased a $269 AC control unit for my Hyundai Tiburon on April 5th, 2022. The order status says “awaiting fulfillment” still a whole week later. I’ve called numerous times and emailed this business and they have not responded. They are absolutely unreachable. I’ve read several reviews with this similar complaint where an order isn’t delivered until nearly a month later. I would like my purchase refunded. This is a horrible way of doing business and these people need to take their website offline.
