      Date of transaction: September 9, 2023 We paid him to fix a truck and remove an oil barrel from our property. He took our money and never performed the job. He charged $2000 to remove the oil barrel fix the truck. He never fixed the truck, and never removed the barrel. We keep calling him and he keeps saying he’ll remove it. It has been weeks and it’s still sitting there. Now the property is owned by new owners threatening to charge us for removal. When on the phone with him, he screams at us and acts completely unprofessional. We’ve had to cut off contact with him because his behavior is borderline scary. We want no further contact with this business and we want them to finish the job we paid for so we aren’t charged by the new owners.

      I spoke with the Owner ****** on Friday 06/17/22 about putting in a Transmission for my 04 Cadilac Deville.....****** quoted me $600.00 for labor Since I already had the transmission.....****** said to drop off car on Monday morning on 06/20/22......I dropped the car off & paid ****** up front for services, & was told by the mechanic ****** That car will be ready by Friday 06/24/22.......Car was not yet worked on by 06/24/22......since then it has been one excuse after another ****** would say that ****** is holding something up or ****** would say ****** is holding something up......I was then told there was a crack in the Torque converter & have to reinstall the transmission .....that took ****** another Two months......During this time no one will accept my phone calls & when I go to the shop there is always anther excuse...... Then After the SUPOSEIT Reinstall of the transmission......Then no one could figure out why the car now will not start (When I gave the the Car the only thing wrong was the Transmission)......Then still no one would accept my calls or another excuse after another....... last time i spoke to ****** on the phone was on 11/21/22....****** told me that car is being sent to dealership to diagnose the problem on why car will not start.....Now ****** told me the same thing back in September.....Talked to ****** in person (just so happen to run into him @ auto parts store) sometime in February of this year.....still another excuse....****** in said they just got the car back from the Dealership........****** told me check in & give him a call the following Monday.... to this date ****** has still not answered my calls & it is unknown where my car is Because I have not Seen it at his shop..... It has been over 7 or 8 months.

      The customer did bring his car for transmission issues we installed another transmission after installing it we noticed that the customer had some wires that had been cut causing the transmission to have issues we contacted the owner about the wires being cut we tried putting the wires back but after putting them back together the car still wouldn’t start due to the bad wires that caused the computer to short out. After taking the car to the dealership and we were told that the wire harness needed to be replaced.. yes it’s been a while due to scheduling the appointment because of the dealership being backed up and trying to get a wire harness which the customer wasn’t charged for nor was he charged for dealerships diagnosing it. I spoke with the customer 3/15/2023 after he called and I let him know what was going on.

      On June 29,2022 at 900am I dropped vehicle off for services for rack and pinion upon inspection of vehicle there was no rack and pinion needed but instead upper control arm, strut tower and bolts . Upon pickup 6/29/22 at ****** pulled vehicle out of garage and heard rattling noise from left side they indicated that the shield was loose fixed it I took vehicle around the corner and vehicle sound like parts where dropping from car and that the upper control arm was scraping against firewall took back and he agreed to look at it June 30,2022 I arrived at the shop He said fixed I requested to have a parts invoice to verify part number as my car is AWD and that part is not on car as RwD because it was still scrapping along firewall ****** Indictated he only receives invoice from advance auto parts once a month with the delivery of parts he showed a part googled online which was a RWd part I indicated I’ll leave car on lot for correct piece to be ordered ****** threaten to tow my vehicle instead of having great customer service and looking into the problem . I went to advance auto parts for invoice for warranty purposes and was unable to verify any correct parts ordered for my 2013 Cadillac CTS AWD premium coupe.

      Yes on 6/29/2022 the young lady did drop her car off for a rack in pinion but that wasn’t the problem the problem was the problem was the right front upper control arm and strut tower I notified the customer to let her know what was wrong the customer then came and got her rack and I got the parts that she needed and gave her the total what it would cost so she gave the ok to do the repairs and after repairs was completed we called her to come get her car she then paid for the repairs as she were leaving she heard a noise so she decided to leave the car. 6/30/2022 the customer came in wanting to see my purchase invoice demanding to see it stating that we had put the wrong part which wasn’t and she then stated if I didn’t give her a copy of my purchase invoice she would dispute the charges and would go on social media which did stating that we messed up her car.she also stated she wasn’t going to move her car off the lot and I told her if she didn’t move her car by closing it would be impounded!! So around 4 pm she texted me to she what time I would be closing I replied back around 5 pm.. she picked her car up around 5pm… the parts are the correct parts and the job was done correctly and she drove the car with no problems.. I don’t owe her anything plus we fix the correct problem!

      The information provided by business is not correct I asked ****** for part number to verify part is for AWD ****** stated all parts are the same which are not he also stated he was going to give me parts invoice ordered from Advance auto parts as I was going to pay for parts ****** was unable to provide a invoice to verify part instead he search part online and had me take a pic which I indicted that part is for RWD as pics attached shows what he had me take picture of . I advised that I will not drive car off lot until properly fixed upper control arm is touching firewall which should have free play as shown in pics ****** then showed me a box stating if ordered from eBay that’s the part number he was unable to find a invoice of parts ordered stating only gets  invoice once a month with delivery spoke with advance auto which was unable to locate any upper control arm or  strut tower order between the dates of 6/28-6/30 except a upper control arm for $30 as shown in pics attached . ****** held my keys hostage and advised he will impound my car instead of fixing the problem. My car is currently scheduled for Cadillac dealership to inspect part since ****** did not want to help with checking into his mechanics work done on my car or verifying part # as the $289 he showed me on his phone was for a Dorman - OE Solutions

      1/12/22 car losing heat & windshield fogging up. Texted biz; told me it was heater core, would be $350 to fix on same day; took car to him about 10am. Gave his car while he worked on mine. Dealerships booked up, Ricart said Dodge Stratus (2005) would be $1600 and involved pulling dashboard out. After heater core put in said brittle heater core box broken to keep heat in car & get it from junk yard. I state that he fabricated details on invoice. 1/13 seemed ok but needs wires hanging under steering wheel put back in proper place (he had pulled wires inside to get to the wires to work on core instead of removing the dash; that is when the alert lights came on.Told me he will do it on 1/14. Car started smoking and had to push vehicle off road. He picked up my car and he drove it to his place on Sat. Engine light is flashing now and he was going to fix it all and would provide the box for $100 installed. I questioned if certified, he claimed they were. Now PC valve caused light to come on. Everything he touched is a problem and I am afraid to have him work on it again, do not trust any more. I am asking for refund of $150. The box would not have broken if repair had been done correctly with dash removal. The $150 was for the box and replacement labor.

      The customer brought her car in because of antifreeze blowing through the vents we diagnose and found the heater core was bad meaning the heater core had blown out the side which caused her to loose heat. Gave the customer the price to replace the heater core she the gave the ok to replace it.. after getting into the job we noticed that the box that hold the heater core was brittle and was broken so I explain to the customer that she wouldn’t have any heat because the box holds the heat needs to be replaced so the customer ask me if I could find on so I started calling around while she was standing there and I had the phone on speaker so she could hear and  found one at Woody’s junkyard but I had to go and pull it so I charged her an extra $100 to go get it and replace it.. and I set it up for Saturday morning to put the box in.. while she was out with the car she called me and stated the car had stalled on her getting off the freeway on 11 Ave so I went to her and put some coolant back in the car so I could get it back to the shop so I drove her car and let her drive my car so after getting her car back to the shop I put some moore coolant in it and let the car run after letting the car run we noticed a leak under the hood and noticed that a pipe was leaking where the pipe was rusted ( this was under the hood no where close to where the heater core was at) so I showed her the problem and I then replaced the line with no charge… the customer came in on Saturday for me to put the box in after putting the box in I then replaced all the hoses to make sure she didn’t have any more issues… the customer left with heat… two days later the customer called me telling me her check engine light was on and I explain to her the check engine doesn’t have anything to do with replacing a heater core and she didn’t like my response… I don’t owe her anything because I know I went above and beyond to get her heat.. but wanting a refund with all new parts and heat!! I don’t get peoples!! I don’t owe her anything!!
