**** is that almost mythical mechanic that everyone is looking for: he’s honest with the diagnosis of your car’s problems, does an amazing job with the repairs, and completely fair with the prices. He documents the repairs throughout the process by taking quick videos of the new parts going in (and/or their functioning), and when appropriate, allows you see the car on the stand/lift. I wouldn’t trust a mechanic who can’t physically point you to the problematic location and explain the issue in detail, and **** always takes the time to do that. I thought that all this documentation and effort he puts into the customer would surely slow him down, but somehow he gets the job done at a reasonable pace and nothing is compromised. **** has really created an exceptional business in JMack Auto Service, and he is the first person I ask to look over any kind of car issues I might have.Jacks Mobile Auto Care Response

I took my car in for an antifreeze leak on Tuesday, left it over night, they said they would determine the cause of the leak and call with the quote. I never received a call Wednesday. I called Thursday for an update, the front desk guy said he didnt know how to put it in the system and would call back right back and never did. I called several times Friday and didnt reach anyone until 4pm, at the same time I received an email quote for repairs, in which they told me they were "still" waiting on my part and it probably wouldnt be done until Monday. Monday, 6 days later with no car or no update, I call the shop and no one answers ALL DAY, no return call, no response through text or email. I go to the shop at 5pm and it is closed. That evening **** starts texting my phone, telling me how "extremely busy" his shop is, plus all the things he's dealing with in his life and he doesnt have to call all 59 of his customers to inform them of any delays. He then told me to pick up my car "not fixed" because he refuses to work on a car for someone who is "bitching". When I picked up my car, of course he was no where around, but they tried to charge me for the diagnostic they offered to do for free because they didnt fix my intitial problem. There was no courtesy, consideration or professionalism at All!!! I missed 3 days of work because of a lack of communication on this shops behalf, when I expected to have my vehicle back by Thursday. A part they said was hard to find, another shop found and retrieved the same day I took it into them and got the work done, with NO DELAY. Jacks Mobile is inconsiderate of peoples time and patience. They let my car sit for 7 days because it was not a priority to them, they kept making excuses and purposely avoiding my calls but says Im ******** because I need to know whats going on with my ONLY form of transportation. The $300 repair cost me more since I lost 3 days of wages. They demonstrate poor business and ethics!! F Rating!!!! AVOID JMAC!!Jacks Mobile Auto Care Response

I remember this customer vaguely. Our system is not designed with every individual engine component listed in our system. The service writer is fairly new and is not an automotive expert. The freeze plug holds antifreeze into the side of the block which is not a part that we would get from a DIY store. This part must come from the dealership for our shop to warranty it for two years or ****** miles. We hold a high standard when we are repairing vehicles and we look out for the best interest of the vehicle because thats why our customers bring their business to us. I do apologize if you felt there was rudeness being conducted because that is not the way I do business. I am upfront and to the point especially when it comes to the safety of the vehicle that my customers are driving in. I do refuse work at times when I feel that the job is not to the standards of the work that we put out. I hope that the rubber freezeout plug that the other shot put in outlasts the steel one that was special ordered from the dealership. I also apologize for three days. There are some vehicles that are at our shop for much longer and it is out of our control most of the time when that happens. Im so sorry but we will not do a substandard repair.Review from Jimi S

Took our ********************* for a used engine and install. We paid ******* dollars for this service almost a year ago and still don't have our car. ****** keeps staying it will be done but after almost a year we still don't have our car. ************** did bring his vehicle in around a year ago but not for a used engine install but for a rebuild. A rebuild in a time where Covid stopped supplys and a lot of internal engine components were part of that. ************** told me to take my time and there was no rush. Time does get away from us all and we have since received all of the components necessary to rebuild ************** engine. We will have it back together and back in to Mr. ****** vehicle by the end of this month. A used engine install would have a turnaround time of around a week . Rebuilds take a lot longer than that unfortunately. It is our intention to provide the best possible product for our customers so that they are happy after their wait. Mr. ****** vehicle is in unique vehicle due to the fact that it does not have the standard engine in it and I feel that out shop gave him a very good price for this rebuild. ************* has been a long time customer of mine and we would love to keep him as one.
