Hello . I used this bail bonds company when I was in jail . When we first set up an account she said I could make weekly payments as low as 25$ a week as long as I payed . My bond was originally 35k my grandfather co-signed on my bond and he gave her 13k before she would release me out of jail . She literally refused payments if it wasn’t a lump some of cash of over 1k . And threatened to put a lien on my family house and go after us illegally . We never agreed to a payment plan and she is bullying a old manBusiness response

There was never an agreement bettwen ******* ****** or anyone in my office to pay 25 per week. I never refused payments from *******, He just has not made any meaningful attempts to deal with his balance in all the time that he has been out of jail. No one threatened to "go after him illegally", we only discussed the possibility of the account being sent over to collections and a credit agency dealing with this if no meaningful attempts are to be made to handle the balance. Mr ****** became upset and completely unreasonable so discussion regarding the remaining balance proved to be unproductive as he was unable to conduct himself in a meaninfully civil manner. He cursed and threatened multiple employees so we resorting to contacting **** ******, his Grandfather who signed as the Indemnintor for his bond. The indemnitor's who sign responsibility for the bond are responsible for the payments if the defendant fails to uphold or honor their initial payment plan as is the condition of any bond through any bonding company. Mr ****** filed this complaint in an attempt at retaliation towards our office because I talked to Mr ****** and was able to work out a payment plan through him. Mr ****** is enraged that his Grandfather, **** ****** said something to him about not upholding his responsibilities as an adult and he is lashing out now because he is embarssed his grandpa gave him a talking to about responsibility and . Mr ****** has a lot of growing up to do as a person but I have been working very cooperatively with his Grandfather to resolve Mr ******' debt and Mr ******' pride and ego as a man feels hurt that his grandfather he dismissively refers to as "a(n) old man" is handling the responsibility he was initially being relied upon to do. I have a great relationship with Mr ****** and I feel sorry for Mr ****** because he is going through a lot of personal issues he is attempting to resolve but this is an unfair characterization and assesment of our office's practices.

I am rejecting this response because: brenda said we could make payments but Everytime I made a payment it was never enough . She always had it her mind she wanted to go after my family civially bc she felt they had the money to pay her off . She never wanted “payments” she wanted lumpsomes of cash . She threatened my grandad who co-signed for me numerous times . She made so many threats about Puting leans onto his house that he payed the bond off in full . When me,Brenda, my grandad all sat down she said we could make payments . She said even if it’s 25 a week that’s okay . Any time I sunt her money she would send it back and call my grandpa and intimidate him into giving her lumpsomes of cash who is 78 years old .
