The visit was not a very pleasant one or a very enjoyable one. We were there with a group of people for our brother-in-law‘s birthday. First the fajitas that we ordered which was steak was overcooked not appetizing at all we didn’t make a fuss about that. However when it came to the checks coming first all of the checks were mixed up none of the checks were correct, we had to call the waitress over and advise that some of the items that were on the different checks were for different individuals at the table so that was the first thing. Second we received our check supposedly after the waitress corrected it, my husband paid her cash and advised that he paid her cash however the waitress kept saying that she never collected the cash that she did. So my first thing to say was to count down the drawer that way you can see if you have extra cash in it, one of your bartenders commented that there wouldn’t be cash in the drawer that the waitress would have the cash in her pocket, seems kind of odd to me that the waitress is putting cash in their pockets but OK whatever. Then from there it took about 15 to 20 minutes before the waitress realize that she had two clipboards of money on another table that she had set to the side. This is after she made a comment to my husband saying she never collected the money that she did . If you have waitresses like this when you have a big party obviously she needs help because she can’t comprehend things and handle a big party of individuals. Needless to say it was not a very enjoyable experience after she was also tipped $20 within the check that she was paid originally. At the end of the day we let her keep the $20 tip I just know we will never come back to the establishment ever again and we will make sure our friends never come back as well. We were told by two different employees that they actually see the clipboards with the money sitting on a different table that the waitress had sat down. They did not send me my full order. Food was not prepared correctly. And the carrier they had set up with their app took almost an hour over expected time to deliver. They ignored my email of complaint. Not a good business.Business response

Patron was refunded and sent a coupon for next order after a delayed online order due to third party courier. Order was made on 5/13 and refund was submitted on 5/17.Customer response
