Spent $1,700, for loc extensions. The initial styles had to be redone. After the second style, could not get a reply for a follow-up style. The so called locs started to unravel and some became matted to the point I had to cut my hair to free it of the knots.Business response

After second style. Customer was asked to book appointment for style. customer refused. I sent a text to customer few weeks later asking if they wanted to book wash and style. No immediate response from client. No call about complaint with service and maintenance made to me. I offered a partial refund but customer never replied.Customer response

These are the messages attached below of correspondence from customer. She can send proof of the unraveling and tangling.
-As stated previously, a partial refund was offered, never received a response for has she wanted a partial refund sent.
