      They damaged my car and won’t take responsibility for it

      The car wash attendant broke the emergency brake switch which the dealership indicated would cost $500+ to replace.

      On the 17 of August (Wednesday) 2022, I proceeded to go to Fast N Clean car wash instead of going to one of the more popular washes around my area. As I start to go through the wash in my car, their equipment brakes off my passenger side mirror. As I spoke with the female supervisor running the place, she informed me that I would have to wait until the following Monday the 22 to receive a call from the manager to resolve the issue. But I never got a call back and she tried to tell me that my number was and I quote “discontinued.” Which I found rubbish. So I give her my number again to give to the Manager. I never received a call back. And I was set to travel the week after. So I had to go and get my mirror replaced and assembled at a repair center. It’s also not very safe to drive without a missing mirror along with trying to parallel park. As polite as the employees have been with me, I have been to that same location at least 4 times and every time they assure me that I will be contacted. I’ve never had to write a complaint about a company to the BBB. But I feel they are giving me the run around and not wanting to taken responsibility. The total for part $247.20 + assembly $161.20= 408.40. I had to barrow the funds from my bank. I gave them invoices so they Should still have them on file. As well as I do for my book keeping. I do hope this can be resolved soon

      I have been trying for months to cancel my monthly car wash subscription with Fast and Clean Carwash that was purchased through their website: https://www.fastandcleancarwash.com/ When I try to contact them via email, the email address provided on their website which is: admin@fastandcleancarwash.com bounces back stating “the email address you tried to reach does not exist.” The telephone number provided on their website: ###-###-#### gives a disconnected signal. I have even gone in-person to cancel my subscription and have been told by their female employee they have no control over online subscriptions and that I need to cancel through my credit card company. My credit card company states that since it’s a subscription, they cannot cancel it; they can only try and dispute the transactions. I am owed $171.92 ($21.49 for each month I have been charged since May). I no longer want this service and no longer want to be charged for something I am not using.

      We have taken note of this complain on 12/15/2021 and we are reaching out to our webmaster and site designer today.  It seems that we have the ability to cancel at our location, but the change is not holding on the server side.  This is a priority to us and we will return with a solution.  In the IT world, the last two weeks of the year is called "end of year slow down" and it may be difficult to reach them right away.  I have a bit of experience with the BBB, and I will stay in communication so that the customer does not continue to feel that she is not being heard.  On a side note, our number is ###-###-#### and it is working.

      Please see below. This issue has not been resolved with Fast N Clean as promised. We are now on month eight of my credit card being charged for a service I cancelled in May 2021.
