On Monday April 18,2022 we had J’s cleaning service at our home.
Judith the owner and helper cleaned our home. They used an abrasive tool or cleaner and severely scratched our cooktop. Leaving scratches all over it and removing numbers from the dial because it was not done with the right tools/cleaner.
Spoke to Judith about the incident and she said she’s file a claim with insurance.
No one has contacted me and nothing has been done to resolve the issue.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have explained to him that as a long time customer we know we cannot use anything abrasive on his stove top. Nevertheless, as a gesture of customer courtesy, we filed a claim with our insurance company. It is our understanding from the insurance company that they have reached out to him multiple times, and are still waiting for him to return their calls and provide the requested information. In order to resolve the concerns, he will need to work directly with our insurance company. Thank you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: after filing the complaint we finally got a call from insurance but he left a message. We have only been contacted once and tried to reach the agent over 8 times and it goes straight to voicemail with no response. It’s been 45 days and nothing has been done. I will remove once issue is.resolved

this is about ***** **** man stovetop. my helper and i went to mr **** **** house to do cleaning for him. there were a young girl messing around in the kitchen. i looked in there to see what she was doing. she made a lot of noise. she was around the stove area. when my helper showed up. she ran out of the house and almost hit her car.then his wife came home and she acted weird. i feel like the stove was not the one in his house that it could be a random stove from one of his property. i ask the insurance guy has he went out there to look to make sure it’s his dove or not. he said him and ***** keep playing phone tag. i ask him about that girl that was there, he said she was only there to wipe off counters and clean up the mess. but he said she don’t do appliances. but he wasn’t there to witness if she messed with the oven or not. he called me and said that because we were there that we did it. we were not the only people that were their. i then contact my insurance company and let them investigate that. and because the insurance company didn’t respond quick enough. then he kept messaging me with rude stuff. i told him that it is out of my hand about 4 times. he kept harassing me to the point that i had to block his calls. but in the mean time he needs to get a hold of the insurance company.
