Innovative were, hands down, one of the best contractors Ive worked with. The team at Innovative were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. The leadership team from Innovative kept our team well informed from start to finish on our incredibly large roof replacement project and completed on schedule and on budget. I couldnt speak more highly about our experience with Innovative.

We had multiple people come out and these guys were by far the most responsive and truly understood the problem. They were also the most cost effective. They didn't try and sell me unnecessary services or anything like that. They simply stated what they thought the issue was and explained exactly how they would fix it. Even as they were fixing the roof they noticed some other places that needed to be patched and did that without any extra charge. Wolf was the main person I dealt with over the phone and he was extremely transparent and very communicative. Great guy. I met with the owners who did the initial walk through with me in person and they were very nice guys. I also met with the roofers who were doing the actual work on the roof and both of them were very pleasant to deal with. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this business, everting was super easy and smooth from the initial first call to the last call/followup. I highly recommend Innovative Roofing Systems.

In August of 2023, Innovative Roofing Systems and its on site representative, Wolf, provided exceptional customer service in replacing the gutters and downspouts on our house. The cost of installation was fair and reasonable, but more importantly, Wolf was wonderful being there from the beginning of the quote process, during the installation and after the work was done. He made a special trip to the house to make sure that the gutters and downspouts were installed properly according to the company's exacting standards. The whole experience was professional, and made us feel that the company cared about us and the addition to our house. We felt that we could reach out to Wolf at any time that we had a concern or question. We plan on using the company if need be in the future.

Wonderful. We were replacing the 20+ year roof to prepare the home for sale. Went through some roofing options after providing some initial input and Innovative Roofing Systems' home roofing installation representative, Wolf Van Sterling, selected the absolute perfect color for our existing home color that we just loved. Installation was smooth, on-time, prompt and with excellent communication. Installers were friendly and hard-working. Couldn't be happier! With some additional input, Wolf provided some great landscaping advice concerning our trees and even caught an exterior plumbing cap that had been left sealed that had escaped the initial home inspection approval.

I was recommended IRS by a family member and gave them a call to come out, on top of 3 other companies I called for estimates when I found a leak in my home. The process from start to finish was a dream. I worked with Wolf V** ******** the whole time. He came out day I called. His evaluation was honest and from the heart. He gave me options as to what I COULD do, since we couldn’t 100% determine the leak source. Ultimately, I went with the new roof replacement. The pricing was very affordable and competitive. The quality that was being offered at the price point surpassed all the other bigger companies that wanted to charge more. After all the paperwork was signed, we set up a date for the install. Wolf kept in touch with me the whole time while we waited for the materials to be delivered. The day the shingles arrived Wolf came out to my home to check that all the materials had arrived. On the day of install, the crew started working at 7am sharp. Wolf was already there at 6:40am to start helping the install. He relocated all the things around my home that could have been damaged from materials coming off the roof. They continuously did sweeps of my yard picking up trash/debris and doing metal sweeps for nails/staples. They were able to locate the source of the leak, which ended up being a vent cover (and it was Wolfs suspicion all along, he was right!). The crew was done by 1pm, which blew my mind! Wolf stayed the entire install, which words can’t describe how much that meant to me. He even went up on the roof multiple times to watch and lend a hand if needed. They did one final sweep of my yard when they were done, and Wolf went up to inspect the final roof before calling it done. Overall, an incredible experience. I know if I ever run into issues, Wolf is a call away and will help me with anything. Can’t recommend Innovative Roofing Systems enough! They are passionate about what they do and take pride in their work. I felt like family the whole time.
