On August 18, 2023, I (***** ******) led ********* **** to Alan Used & New Tires. She followed me, in her car. She had a front end vibration. I bought the parts--bearings (for one front wheel) and a bearing and spindle kit (for the other front wheel). The labor fee was $600, which I paid. The repairman, ******* (who refuses to disclose his last name), said that ********* **** needed to 2 new front tires, even though there was sufficient tread, on both tires. I clearly told him, "No!" ******* would not stop wanting to sell ********* **** two tires, no matter how many times I told him, "No!" Then, we left, with the understanding that ********* **** would return, with another friend, who would drive her back, and with the understanding that ******* was not to put on any other tires. When she returned, she returned with her friend, who does not speak any English. ********* speaks a little English, but she does not always understand what someone says to her, in English. When she and her friend got there, ******* had ignored what he clearly was told, and had put on two other tires. He wanted $120.00. Since ********* was not verbally able to contend with *******, and since she did not have $120.00, her friend let ********* use the friend's credit card, to pay for the tires. Because her friend does not want her name and credit bill to be used, in this report, and since ********* has lost the receipt, for the $120.00, there is no receipt to produce. What I am asking is that ******* and Alan Used & New Tires give ********* **** back the $120.00. The reason that I am doing this report is because ********* **** is not fully conversant in English.
