      This credit card company is the absolute worst . They are scam artists. I paid a bill online. I have documentation that it was paid online. I talked to three different agents and got three different runarounds. They charged me a late fee even though it was paid on time. Would not do business with again. Buyer Beware.

      Worst credit card company. They will rip you off every chance they get. They gave me a $15 credit once when I complained just to take it back in the next pay cycle. I got this card to shop at ******. I have cancelled the card and will not longer shop at ****** because they condone this treatment of their customers.

      Im being charged interest on an interest free purchase. I am getting zero help to fix it. They arent doing their job but stealing my money. Its a joke the only way to correspond is via postal mail. Buyer beware. Every card I have through this bank will be shredded. ***** on this business

      I had a medical situation happen right as my promotional period was expiring. I made two equal payments of $225 to satisfy what I thought was my balance. However, I learned weeks later that I made an error and was a $100 short, furthermore that Comenity had already tacked on the deferred interest. They expressed that they do not take medical situations into account and regardless of the circumstances (cancer, death bed, car accident, etc.) they make no special considerations. Therefore a $100 short become $4200 in interest. Very unethical and I will forever speak against their existence. They will extort you for their own interest regardless of the circumstances. Beware they will seek to get on one over on you. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM!

      9 years with my credit card and because I chose to pay my card off and leave it paid off for 6 months they decided to cancel my card. No warning. Nothing. I called to get info and was told after 6 months of no use they cancel accounts. So me paying off my card at the beginning of the year and waiting till Christmas to use it signifies a canceling of my 9 year credit. Absolutely appalled with the customer service and the closure without any warning. I will be letting all my friends know. THIS CARD ISNT WORTH YOUR TIME.

      Never honored $200 promo bonus for opening up bread cashback credit card, despite adhering to all the requirements. Apparently, this happened to many others. In addition, customer service is terrible-keep you hanging forever on the phone, can barely understand them as apparently outsourced to remote countries, and straight up lie to get you off the phone.

      Greetings, I'm trying to pay my bill for Talbots- however when I click on the link within my email my account says it's has a zero balance. I have called numerous times in August and September to work with my account - I have an old account that I wasn't allowed to use and had to open up a new account which is still stuck on my old account that says it's zero balance.I thought the problems was fixed however, it wasn't and you team has continually called me to bug me about making a payment that I can't make on my online account - which I setup for autopay. I also have a comenity bank account with ********************** Tire - which is in good standing? Talbots - **** L ****** - I want any negative credit score results reported to be cleared and I'm happy to pay the bill in full and setup my account for autopay in the future. I look forward to your call

      The worst company and credit card ever. My card was closed without my knowledge by this company when my payments were up to date and current. I highly dint recommend anyone get a credit card from Victoria secret or through Comenity Bank! Don't do it!

      This credit card company is dangerous! They switched me from a **** to a Master credit card for VS without asking me. When I called to pay to the VS phone number the automated service told me that I have a zero balance. I didn't receive any statement or anything that I have some balance on my new master card. I found out about it only when someone from the collection office called me. I called and explained what happened but they refused to remove a late fee they were arguing first that it was not the VS number then I asked them to transfer me to a supervisor who confirmed that it is the VS phone number that I called but now I have to call a different number because they switched me to a Master card! I paid all their fees and I closed an account. Be aware! I read a lot of similar bad reviews and I think we should file a class action against this bank
