My daughter was going to this daycare for a few months, while being there, it was alot of staff changes and directors as well. They was overcharging us the rate which was 195 weekly in which I was paying every two weeks in which they was ok with. They adjusted the overcharging but I was still Making my payments, my husband lost his job so my payments got behind, in which I explained and they were able to let me pay $100 every two weeks. I still have a balance with them, In February I dis enrolled her and paid $800 towards my balance, which left me at a $1200 balance. Since then every week and still counting they’re adding on the weekly tuition, in which the balance now is $4,150. My daughter has not been there since the last week of February. I have went to the daycare several times, called, left voicemails, text messages, emails and used the brightwheel app that the daycare uses for communication and payments, and no one has been at the daycare for me to talk to and no one has responded back to me through email, text or the app. I would like to not have this balance. This is unprofessional and having me to be further more in debt and stressed. Please please HELP! Thank you!
