Dear BBB, On 11/21/2022 two sandwiches and an order of shrimp was purchased from Captain D's. The sandwiches both had bad/old tasting fish, the buns were soggy, and the lettuce was not edible. I returned, within the hour, to the drive-thru and requested a refund for both sandwiches. The person on duty refused 11/21/22. The next day the manager also refused to refund my cash payment. This facility has only been open about 1-month. Captain D's Store #: **** Location: **** ** **** ***, Columbus, OH 43213 Order #: **** Amount Paid: $13.98 (no tax) Phone #: ###-###-#### Corporate: *** ********* **** **. Suite 30 Nashville, TN ****###-###-#### Corporate customer service was contacted and to-date no response. I would like a full refund for both sandwiches. General manager **** ***** called and advised BBB that consumer can stop in to the business location anytime and let him know the amount and he will refund customer in cash as requested.Customer response
