      The ***** and almond milk continers have been filthy this last time and several times before. The fig and apricot packages seem to have left air in: they are flat and when opned the fruit is gray. The bread included is sometimes mashed, other times opened. Some of the selections include meats I cannot tolerate or swallow easily, but no one has made any suggestions at customer service for me to choose what I like the best and what is best for me. I switched to the Kosher menu, because the other menu had too many items that should not have been approved by a dietician, i.e., weeks of sanwiches that were mostly bread. With the Kosher menu, there is an option to choose daily brunch items, but the items are delivered in an open crate, which is not the most sanitary manner of presentation, and I was told that that is how they do the brunch items. ******* *.

      They are simply delivering food which is inedible. Sometimes it's covered in mold. .almwfonwa it's no longer frozen. The comfort bowls are freezer burnt. The Marie calendars has been covered with blue green mold for several deliveries. I actually for food poisoning from one meal I ate and suffered stomach cramps for three days. And vomiting. This is a company with a 30 million dollar contract awarded TO the owner, RUSSIA foreign National WOMAN who does most of her business for her fruits an D vegetables with foreign suppliers. The fruits are good and the vegetables are old and stale. I have reported to the company my concerns. They say they will fix it and never do. I suggested over the last 8 weeks "No food" even delivered for 3 out of the first five weeks of 8. The had a supervisor sort that out and promise help. The 4th week food was delivered two days late. the. Last Wel they sent the wrong selections I gracefully accepted food I can not eat as a Disabled diabetic. The last week sent the wrong selections I refused Then called for the supervisor. No reply no call no food for a week. This week delivery is today Called the company one time, Not to be a "pKaren" the P. Is silent. Lol Amd there was ko call to me last Wel no food delivered. And we will. See what comes today. I also reported jy concerns to my driver and watched him type into his phone program which escalates customer concerns to a supervisor. There was no food and no call. I'd say one savvy Russian woman is getting rich and she is torturing old and disabled people handily and getting paid for it. If this was my only source of food I would have already expired like much of the food they deliver. when they bother to deliver food at all. I'd like to give them. 0 stars! Highly not recommended. People could die if this is their only source of meals each week.

      If anyone wants to get good meals,by just popping them in the microwave or oven Global Meals is the best ?? also there staff is really caring people and I know that from experience. Thanks Global Meals keep helping people.

      Even though I have called still same problem. What is it with all pasta items? 2 Mac & cheese, Beefy mac & cheese (contained what seemed like beef crumbles at that), Gourmet Mac & cheese, 2 types of Stuffed shells, Veg lasagna, Beef lasagna, Mixed Rigatoni, Butternut squash rigatoni, and some as stated given more then once in package. I mean come on 3 deliveries the same type of thing? Even after calling and asking if something besides pasta could be given? I use to recommend to others in the senior complex to try Global but, cant do that anymore. Why cant we choose items?

      The communication with the customer service representatives was extremely lacking. Despite explaining my issue clearly, I felt like my concerns were not being understood. The representative seemed disinterested and provided generic responses that did not address my specific problem. Better Training: It's crucial that customer service representatives are well-trained to understand and address customer issues effectively.*

      Customer service, cuts you off and talks disrespectful to you. Her name is *****! She even called me back to hang up again! Unprofessional and snarly she is! Her supervisor isn’t doing anything about it! This needs to be handled! ***** needs retraining and reprimanding! Handicapped and elderly deserve respect too.

      Customer services are not very helpful. My Spouse gets the meals and they are supposed to be Gluten free which means No Wheat! We've had 4 boxes delivered and everything is Exactly the same, including an item that has Gluten in it! Celiac disease is a real thing! My Spouse has called twice, and both times, the customer service people got rude, and snappy, because she was trying to explain about the meal having wheat! Now we've received 4 boxes marked on the outside, Gluten restriction, with 4 of the same meals with a wheat in them. To be specific, Stuffed shells Florentine. Customer support was not helpful at all!

      Interesting comments. Look likes people live/hate your food. I myself have been with your for several years. I like menus changing periodically. Some foods I like better then others, but more then not. I agree with one lady it would be great if we could pick our favorite meals as typically there will be at least one I don’t like. Not that it’s bad, I just don’t like. I miss the days when we used to get extra goodies, like, fruit pies, cup cakes, bakery items, candy bars,puddings, snacks etc. I was told it had to stop because of the diabetic consumers. Too bad they couldn’t just been left out while the rest of us could enjoy them! The minus one is no longer getting the extras.
