      I did not receive items that were requested to be returned to me after my mother's funeral. I filled out a checklist with the funeral home specifically asking for desired items back. I did not receive all items that were requested.

      I requested specific items back after my mother's funeral and I did not receive all of them back. Staff member refused to accommodate me at the ********* location when I was in route to pick up my mother's Urn. Contact person at the ********* location, Miss ***** stated that I could pick up the urn from the ******** location the next morning. This is the location i requested to pick up all my mother's belongings from that was listed on the original check list. When I called the ********** location the next morning, they had no idea what I was talking about. It took an additional two days to finally receive the urn which never should have been taken to ********* in the first place. It was supposed to be delivered to the *************************** location in ********. The specific item was a custom-made wig that I made for my mother. A checklist was completed with the items that I wanted back, but when asked about the checklist, the staff member said that it was thrown away, however they returned everything except the customized wig. Estimated cost $1500. When I asked to speak with Marlan ****, I was given the run around and was directed to a person named *** *********, who was extremely unprofessional and condescending making be feel like my complaints were trivial, when I just experienced the most devasting loss that ever happened to me. He went on to state how he was a 35-year employee of *********** and how he handled the corporate accounts for that business and that was irrelevant to the matter at hand. I consulted my pastor regarding the situation due to my grief and their level of unprofessionalism and required hospitalization on two occasions since this situation started. A simple call to schedule a meeting from ****** ****. A professional courtesy should have been extended but he has not reached out to me after several requests to his staff. My mother passed on 9/9/24, funeral was 9/21/24 and cremation took place on 9/23/24 as of this date no call or response.

      this is brief summary i use them for my husband service i requested have my husband service private wasn't at first until i call let ****** know his people was releasing information then he stated he going to enforce it should been done first time then my husband wait was suppose start at 1pm did not start until 1:35pm cause we was waiting on media where alot people could not view my husband body are greet me.

      where i was getting text message from family asking me why they still waiting in the waiting area media came late cause he was at the grave site with another family then i feel they should had a back up. the there sound system was so bad my cousin that was singing had to sing without the mic cause it was so bad as well we talking in it. then my obituary was printed so small where people could not read i i text the guy told him i did not want my font small. then people sent me card and flowers where i did not receive my cards day of service to be read i got them 5 days later after found out they had them did not get all my flowers . when i call to complain about everything there working *** ********* had to nerve to lie and said i was reason the service was late which not true he was rude disrespectful and i also ask for all my husband things clothes shoes etc i am still waiting on getting my husband shoe box and warodre bad back to where i call on saturday talk to ********* he stated he was leaving gravesite on his way to office will call me never got call until monday

      i had to text his phone he call back being rude conceding telling me to be quiet who say that to someone that lost there love one i have recorded conversation on everything. i been asking the owner mr marian to reach out to me he been avoiding me . but that did not have a problem taking my money for a full service i did not get as stated.. this has been a very stressful and heartache crying situation i can not even grieve my husband with all this craziness going on . this is a very brief summary

      I have refunded ****** $450 for what she feels was unprofessionalism and inadequate services. I tried very hard to satisfy her from day one and seems i was unsuccessful.  I continue to pray for her in the loss of beloved husband.  He seemed to be a very nice guy who was loved by her and so many people.
