My grandmother, r ******** ****** and I have been trying to have her insurance policy through GPM switched out of Wayne T. Lee's name and back into her name for almost 4 months now. She was going to have her funeral at Wayne T Lee but she decided she wants her funeral at another facility. Wayne T. Lee acted as if they were willing to sign over the policy initially, but now every time I call, they are asking me the same questions (who is this for, why does she want to switch funeral homes, etc.) and nothing is being done. I spoke to the insurance company, and they advised they are waiting for the funeral home to send in a copy of the Corporate Resolution. Wayne T. Lee has not sent this in, and seems to be purposely stalling to have this resolved. I just want this taken care of for my grandmother, this is stressing her, and she is elderly. I want this to be one less thing she has to worry about. GPM , policy number ******
