I would give 0 stars if I could, but of course, have to give 1. Still giving zero stars. YOU ARE SELLING PRODUCTS YOU DONT HAVE, SCAMMERS! We purchased a sectional couch August 2024. Its November 2024 and our couch delivery was delayed. How did I find out? Oh nothing, just called customer service and corporate offices and was LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES. How draining! This has ruined my moving plans and ZERO COMMUNICATION or effort was made. Again, I say they sold our couch to another customer or maybe the customer just didnt exist or maybe the product didnt exist, how would I know? They all lied. Not sure how you are in business. Beware! Look at the Awful Reviews~I wish I ********* Garbage!! $1000 Recliner ~ Motor broken within weeks. One Technician works One day/week and covers Four stores? Zero Quality, ********************** Total lack of Management ~ They truly do not care. Terrible customer service,I ended up cancelling my ******************** order because 3 times promised delivery Never happened! And I was never contacted by the store . I had to reach out to the store for an update! Last time delivery promised , the time frame passed and I called the store only to be told that Oh someone should have called me to tell me it was delayed 2 more weeks !Value City Furniture, Inc. I bought a couch from Value City on *********** in May 2024 and the couch is gradually changing colors on one of the cushions. They insist that I caused the damage. They instructed me to file a warranty claim. Why should I have to file a warranty claim when there is clearly a defect in the material(leather) of the couch? The store and the managers called me a liar by saying that someone sat on the couch, which is not true. The couch is located in my home where someone would only walk thru.Value City Furniture, Inc. I was convinced to buy an extra protection plan on my sofa by an associate who lied about the coverage. I specifically asked if the plan covered pet damage. I was told yes. They lied about coverage so they could get a few hundred more dollars from me. Should I have read the fine print? Yes. Should an associate lie to sell extras- I don't think so.I filed a claim on the protection plan and it was denied. I called and asked the manager at the store "Am I basically screwed?" to which she replied "Yes". She then encouraged me to lie about the date of damage and what caused it in order to have the claim covered. I won't shop here again.Value City Furniture, Inc. Response

This place has to be the worst place I have EVER done business with. I spent over 11k in one sitting with this company. EVERYTHING I bought showed up to my home with an issue. I am STILL fighting 5 months later to get one piece completely corrected of the issues. It has been replaced 4 times. I have been lied to and lied on by multiple members of management at this company. They have continued to drop the ball with the fake promises to me. I will never buy any more furniture from this company. Although outside of this 11k purchase I have bought from them on 3 other occasions. The easiest thing I did with them is give them the 11k dollars I spent. All things after my money was collected has been beyond substandard. I bought my furniture in *************** and it was delivered to me out of the ************ location in *********. Both locations have proven to be a non trust worthy business.Value City Furniture, Inc. Response

They get a zero star their customer service ***** as does their ordering of the items purchased and delivery service provided to my 87 year old father. Hate to even give them one star. Will never go there againReview from Tilmer P

Awful experience and we still do not have what we ordered yet. Ordered a sectional back in July. Scheduled for delivery early September. This was pushed back to early to mid-October. Then rescheduled again for late October. Send the delivery guy to pick it up on date they said it was available and they have 1 of 3 pieces of the sectional. 2 of the pieces allegedly on way or at the distribution center. Call the store it is supposed to be picked up at and they give me conflicting information. One person says it is at ** and another says it has not reached the **. Cannot provide a pick up date now. I took time off of work and rescheduled events to make myself available on numerous occasions for them to reschedule. Been paying off I couch I have not even sat on for four months. Poor service. Would not recommend anyone ever buying anything from this business.Value City Furniture, Inc. Response

Terrible experience!! I've had a couch delivery delayed 6 times! Every 7 days it's supposed to be delivered and it keeps getting delayed over and over!! Original delivery date was a month ago and I bought the couch 10 weeks ago. I recommend buying from a different company that can accurately tell you a delivery window. I keep taking work off for the couch to come but here we are again....new day, no couch!!Value City Furniture, Inc. Response
