      Ordered 3/18 to OSU dorm. driver called my son who said ty. Hewasnt there because he lives in dorm with 24/7 attendee who takes order and contacts student of delivery. He didnt need to be present. I called next day and son said he thought it was a joke because dorm attentant said NO DELIVERIES WERE MADE TO ADDRESS FOR HIM. I called 3/20. to store stating gift never received. Mgr stated we wont be remaking since your son never called driver . I stated he was in class and didnt return until even where attendant stated no deliveries weremade for my son. She said it was his fault and would not remake. I asked to speak to owner. She stated shed call her and put me on hold. She returned saying theyd give 30% off next order since it was my sons fault for nt calling driver. I asked delivery policy..she replied ON HAND DELIVERY. I stated, he delivered to WRONG ADDRESS AND PLACED ON TABLE AND LEFT AT IM ASSUMING DORM BESIDE WHICH HAS NO ATTENDANT. She repeated since my son did not call driver they woud only offer 30% off next order. I asked to speak to owner. She stated you can try to call MONDAY. It was Wed morning. I said you just spoke to her, can I speak to her, she said no. I asked for her name, she said NO. I called edible cust service. They replied give sore 24 hrs to respond then call back. No store response, so i called cust service. They replied store stated they delivered to correct address and my son did not show up. COMPLETE LIE!! OSU has record of ALL DELIVERIES AND NONE HAPPENED FROM THEIR STORE TO MY REQUESTED ADDRESS ON ORDER AND DRIVER DID NOT HAND DELIVER TO ANYONE!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY,BROKE THEIR OWN POLICY AND ARE BLAMING CUSTOMER!!! BEWARE! I WILL BE TELLING ALL MY OSU PARENT FRIENDS ABOUT MY EXPRIENCE!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!! Look them up on BBB...       Ordered for a Valentine's day delivery. It never came, and I have not gotten a reason it wasn't delivered. Can't get anyone at this store to answer a phone, call back, or reply to a message

      BEWARE! This business should be out of business. They take your money and then do not deliver on time (if at all!). They do not answer their phone. I'll be working through my credit card t try to get my money back. They ruined my gift to my out of town daughter for her birthday. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

      Ordered arrangement on February 8, 2023 for delivery on February 14, 2023. Received "Sweet Success!" confirmation of order and delivery date. No delivery was made which has been verified by three different security camera views. Verified that charge of $102.09 had been processed through my credit card. Gave business the benefit of the doubt and waited for a possible late delivery on February 15, 2023; however, no delivery on that date was made either, and, again confirmed by security cameras. Attempted to reach Edible arrangements by phone on February 16, 2023 for a resolution to this issue; however, had to leave a voice mail as no one answered the telephone. On February 17, 2023 I contacted Edible arrangements via e-mail. Received a reply containing a "case number" ( ******* ). Contacted my credit card and have requested a review of the issue and a dispute of the charge. To date (February 19, 2023) I have heard nothing from Edible Arrangements nor the local Edible Arrangement from which I ordered (and have ordered from many times prior to this order). This is very unprofessional behavior from a company that relies on word of mouth referrals and celebratory occasions for their livelihood. I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

      Placed an order on January 26 for Valentine's day delivery to my wife. Valentines' day came and went and there was no delivery. Called the store multiple times. Was hung up on once after being on hold for 20 minutes. Every other time I called on the 14th and today the 15th, after being placed on hold for about 20 minutes I was told I needed to leave them a voice mail message and they would call me back. No calls and no emails from them at all. I complained to the corporate office, who opened a case and just forwarded the case to the non-responsive Grandview Avenue store.

      Took advantage of a child trying to make his bonus Mom a great birthday gift. Tried to cancel additional products and they were rude and took over $150.00 from him and his father. No refund advised to contact customer service and the manager disconnected. ******** care was no help after being on hold for over an hour to speak with a manager, they too disconnected the call. The manager Miria and other employees at grandview location very unprofessional and rude and no remorse of bullying a child. This company is really sad considering its a million-dollar company. The order was not correct due to being allergic and the fruit was frozen and black, and no one wanted to correct the issue at the ***************************************************************. It's so disheartening that companies are so easy to be disrespectful and unprofessional as well as not holding their selves accountable. When this company is supposed to be about spreading a little joy since that is what their slogan is when you call in and it's on repeat this was not a joyful moment and I just want my son's money back. His father and I had to explain to him that not all companies are like this. Horrible how this turned into a teachable moment of a company selling fruit and chocolate and cookies. Also, we've called the customer care line more than 3x with no help or resolutions to the issues. We have the receipts, and the call was recorded, and it hurt my feelings to see how the manager spoke to him with very little regards to speaking to a grown man. That was trying to give me love and appreciation and warmth, he still gave it just in other ways. Sad part is he went back to the store he originally placed the order with they called the grandview location and told them to just remake the order and refund the money. Clearly, they chose not to listen :( horrible experience during the entire ordeal we just want it corrected.
