Mr.Splash was hired through my home warranty to provide a service of repairing a broken ** unit. After the first visit to diagnose the issue, he was scheduled to make the repair. The day of the repair came, he was a no call no show. When the warranty company reached out, he said I was on the schedule for the following day. The following day came and went, and again was a no call no show. He finally came back out, over a week later to fix said issue but after 2 days, we noticed the ac was still running incorrectly. I then reached out to the warranty company and it took over another week, multiple phone calls from the warranty company & multiple texts from me to get scheduled. He then came back out to try to diagnose the real issue. That was two weeks ago. He has given the warranty company false information about filling out the correct forms, he lied to them about him reaching out to ******* never fixed the ** unit. We are now almost 2 months into having this issue and we now have to have another company come out and start from scratch because of how poor of a job he did. I have other people and animals living in my home - having a broken ** unit with the heat waves we have been experiencing has been traumatizing. A one time service call was paid based on my warranty contract.Business response

Hello a certified letter was mailed out to your home on July 3rd 2024 with a cashier check for $75.00. I asked for the letter to be signed for to verify it was received! Thanks again for checking up on it. However we did have an issue with our account over the weekend where we had to cancel and open a new account if you have an issue with the check I can send a new certified letter cashier check.Initial Complaint

The home warranty has to send his back out to service your unit. We did have your system fixed and running when we left. And we also canceled calls to come service your home after you called and said your furnace stopped working. Then you said it was working again and had a family emergency and canceled. But please call your home warranty and have them assign a work order to us and we will be more than happy to come out.
