Three of the 4 underground drains Rannebarger Home Maintenance installed for us are malfunctioning which causes water in the drains to freeze and overflow with ice causing damage to our foundation. The cost for the 4 drains was $4800. The first time the drains froze, the owner of Rannebarger Home Maintenance told me that “I” needed to put down more mulch. The second time the drains froze in February 2022, the owner admitted that there was a problem and gave me his word that they would fix the drains “later” in the year. Ten months after they agreed to fix the problem, Rannebarger Home Maintenance has not contacted me. Therefore, I have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times and have left phone, email, and website messages and haven’t heard from them.Customer response

It appears that my complaint with Rannebarger Home Maintenance is being resolved (# ********). As a fair and reasonable person, I wanted to check with you to see if the complaint is or can be removed? If not, can it be edit with additional statements made by me or Rannebarger describing our outcome?
