Have filed a warranty issue with this business and to date - 16 days has past and no scheduled warranty resolve to issue. Bad company to deal with - Will not service product.Business response

I wanted to purchase a hot tub in September 2021 with Rainbow Hot Tubs and put a down payment in the amount of $2000. The hot tub was to be delivered in January of 2022. The contract says deposits are not refundable. After contacting staff numerous times, no hot tub has been delivered. It has been over 90 days past when the product was to be delivered. I want resolution of having my deposit returned as the company seems UNABLE to delivered promised hot tub.Customer response

Mr. ***** called this morning to report that the hot tub was delivered yesterday and his complaint is resolved.
