I recently had the pleasure of working with ******* ********* on a homeowners insurance claim, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. ******* was not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate and attentive to my needs throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring I understood what was happening and what to expect. Grange Insurance has been awesome. I called in the morning and Deron from Grange was out to my house by 11:30. He was very professional and went over everything with me and explained in detail exactly what was going to need to be replaced. He answered all my questions. He sent me the payment letter and estimate of repairs the same day. I also received the e-mail from Grange from their **************** to pay for the repairs. Also, the contractor that was doing the work called and was actually out that evening drying the bathroom out so they can start the repair. I would recommend Grange to anyone needing insurance. **** M of Grange was very helpful & kept us informed of the various steps of the process to get our damaged ************ fixed. **** always responded in a timely manner whenever we had any questions. Having our *************** room torn up was very stressful, but **** helped make the whole situation easier to handle. We would definitely recommend Grange to others. *** ******* has been and continues to be a great help to me in processing my roof damage claim. He was not only extremely prompt is processing the claim, but also clearly explained the process. I have followed up with some questions. *** never made me believe that I am taking too much of his time. *** is clearly an asset for Grange. I am very happy that I am a Grange insured.
