I have all papers from the inspections and I have the recording as well from ***** the account manager. City wide is not trying to give the deposit back and we finish the clean that month and the day we where ask to leave building ***** asked if we one last cleaning and I was under the impression that the deposit would be returned.Business response

To whom this may concern:
City Wide decided to end their partnership with ******’s Staffing Solutions, at their final assignment, due to the following:
-Lack of following the scope of work per contract in the facility
-Consistent missed elements during nightly cleaning
-Client request for replacement personnel
-Contractor bringing underaged, unauthorized minors into the building while performing services
Due to these items and contract violation(s), City Wide did withhold their performance bond, due to lack of performance. This information is transparent and found within their signed agreement/contract with City Wide. While we pride ourselves in mentorship, support, and guidance, this contractor was unable to reach the desired performance level in all facets.
