On 12/1/2021, Primo and Pam were contracted to remove damage paint from basement, apply waterproofing on all walls and then paint walls. I paid them $1,850.00, per invoice #***** for their services. On 7/13/2022, I sent an email with photos letting them know that after 7-months, stains were beginning to bleed through the paint in some areas of the basement and asked them to advise. I followed up via telephone and left a voicemail message on 7/15/2022. On 7/16/2022, I mailed a letter to the company and to date I have not received any response. As indicated in the attached letter, I asked that the company consider a partial refund due to our business relationship terminating in April, 2022. With stipulations, I also left open the option for them to make the necessary repairs if that were their resolution choice.Business response

I received ******* ********'s letter.First of all I never received a telephone call from *******. My voicemail records everything and there is nothing from ******* ********. As far as the e-mail -- I never received one from ******. I receive over 100 e-mails a day and some of them go into junk mail and are automatically delte4d. ******* ******** sent me a letter without any invoice number or any explanation of what the problem may be. ******* stated that she wanted a partial refund and SHE DID NOT WANT MY CREW TO ENTER HER HOME WIHTOUT ME so how are we suppose to take care of the damaged areas in the basement by applyng more primer waterproofing paint again. As I stated in my previous letter to ******* I will not be available for several weeks. I have had total knee replacmeent surgery. We were contracted to apply primer waerproofing paint to the walls inside the basement and that is exactly what we did. ******* ******** needs to contract a foundation repair company to totally waterproof her foundation around her home. This entails digging a trench around 6-8 feet and the house and waterproofing the foundation so that moisture cannot leak thru to the inside basement walls. we wer NOT contracted to do that job.Business response

I will send my crew to repair the walls again when we get a free day in September. I will be out of the country as of October 1, 2022.Customer response
