      The washers on the third floor say the cost is $2.75. When the card is inserted it deducts $3.25 instead of $2.75. This is unfair business practices. I reported this issue numerous times with no resolution. This has literally been going on for about a year. I’ve spoken to the company several times.The card machine on the first floor is broken on a consistent basis. Either the machine is broken or has no cards. The washers and dryers are broken on a regular basis with weeks n between service. The washers cause floods when used. One dryer that was reported as making loud noises still hasn’t been fixed. This is going on for at least two months.

      I have lived at my apartment complex for 17 months and these laundry services (washers and dryers) are in my building. They have been asked to repair or replace them several times. I’ve lost money, clothes have been ripped by washers, and I’ve wasted countless hours waiting for dry cycles that don’t dry. I’ve submitted requests personally and got no response as well as the office staff. They recently came out and raised the price without fixing the machines. I’d like a refund of the money I have lost. Unfortunately, they can’t give me back my time.

      I have lived in the ******* ** ********** in downtown Columbus 2 years now & the laundry room machines are very old & have never worked properly. The break down & the CSC service works says they are fixed & they re not. You use them & they do the same breakdown & you have to unload heay wet clothes to another machine & use more money. There are approximately 300 residents in this buliding with 4 washers & 4 dryers but only 3 work sort of they limp along & break down. This is getting aggravating Nothing gets replaced or repaired properly. They said one maching was fixed 3 times & 3 times it has broken down on me with the same issue. The residents here are handicapped or mentally ill. This is extremely important because they do not understand & it cause anger & aggrivation. These old machines need replace with new ones ASAP.       We rented a washer and dryer with this company. We had pickup schedule for 8/22. They provided a two-hour window on their website. My husband worked outside during that entire to our window to make sure he did not miss them arriving him to make sure we would get the appliances successfully picked up. No one showed up during the entire window. No one even pulled into our driveway, which is a large circular drive. We contacted the company after the 2-hour window was up, and they told us that they were unable to access our property. I spoke with the company, and they told me that someone had tried to contact me, and someone had come by our place and there was no one there and they were not able to access the machines. All of this is false. I never received any messages or phone calls. Additionally, my husband was outside the entire time and no one came by. They told me all that could be done is a report could be filed to investigate this. And that the next available pick up would be September 18th. Depending on the report findings, I could potentially have the last month of fees waived. But that would only be if they had proof that no one showed up to pick up the machines. I find it quite predatory that I'm expected to pay for an additional month of appliance rental. There was an error on their end and they should remedy this by quickly picking up there equipment. This is unacceptable, I have had to deal with issues with them before and we are always told they are generating a report and someone will contact us, and no one ever reaches back out to resolve any issues.

      This company provides the laundry machines in our building. Since the beginning of March, we have not been able to use our machines because the compartment where the coins are is full. I have put in at least 20 tickets myself, other tenants have put in tickets as well. Our leasing office has called and complained multiple times and tried speaking to management. And STILL nothing is resolved. We have one washer and dryer in our building and for 4 MONTHS we have not been able to use them, simply because this company refuses to send someone out to COLLECT THEIR MONEY. Every time we put in a ticket or talk to someone, they tell us someone will be out shortly to resolve it and no one ever comes. They have 270 google reviews and a 1.2 star rating, that should tell you everything. FIX OUR **** MACHINES!!!!

      On April 4th, 2023 I attempted to add funds to the CSC Service app. The funds would be used to pay for laundry cycles on the washer and drier they provide to my apartment complex. The app gave an error code, debited 5 dollars from my bank account but added no money to the app. I tried again and the same error occurred. A total of 10 dollars was taken from my bank account, but was never transferred onto their app. I have contacted their support department both by phone and email. They said I need to submit a screenshot from my bank account to their email support team. I did this and their email support told me they couldn't do anything and told me I would have to dispute it through my bank. I followed up with additional emails to their support department but they did not respond further. The account the money should have transferred to was for *******@gmail.com

      I live in an apartment bldg with about 100 people. Our Laundromat is a big problem. Ever since they went to pay online for the laundromat. Maintenance has been terrible. I still use quarters & the change boxes are not emptied. We have 1 working dryer for approx. 100 people. I have called to get repairs set up with no resolve because they do not answer their phone. If you go online there is not one to be able to speak with. We need repairs done.Desired Settlement: repair our laundry room machines & a call from the business.

      Horrible company and/or horrible management. My and my girlfriend (***** *******) recently moved into a townhome. We signed a rental agreement for a washer and dryer with this company. They came and installed the appliances while we were at work which we agreed to. However they delivered us a broken washer. It never made it through one full cycle. We immediately put in a maintenance request with the company. We were told it would be about 2 weeks before they could get someone out. We begrudgingly waited. The day came and after work we came home and tried to do laundry. Turns out they never came. In fact they rescheduled our maintenance date ANOTHER two weeks out without calling us or giving us a reason. So we called and were told they would check with the maintenance team. The date got brought forward a few days. It then had to get cancelled due to severe weather. But they never rescheduled it. We had to call again so they would get the maintenance rescheduled because they just left it in limbo. The rescheduled date was yesterday. They never came. Sent an email saying due to unforseen circumstances they had to cancel. It hasn't been rescheduled. We haven't been called. It's been over a month since we could wash our clothes. We payed an installation fee and the first month rent and will soon have to pay the second months rent. They refunded rent for the first month but at this point I'm not willing to pay a dime until the washer is fixed and I'm about ready to take legal action because they are breaking the terms of service. My girlfriends name is on the lease and shown on the supporting document I upload.

      I have a dryer that I am renting to own through ********* *********. I have one more payment and the dryer is not heating up. I called the repair line for ********* ********* and they referred me Whirlpool. Whirlpool told me that ********* ********* should service the dryer since I am renting to own and still paying on it. ********* ********* is refusing to service the dryer and I am withholding payment till it is fixed or replaced. I have worked with rent own companies and they are responsible for repair or replacing a non working machine while the item is still being paid. The dryer was brand new and should not stop working after 17 months. The company should stand by their product. I have bought a washer/dryer pair back in 2013 and they were reconditioned. They were still in perfect shape 3 years later when I sold them. I find this product to be faulty and should be repaired or replaced by ********* *********. It should not be put on me to pay for the repair.

      It is May 6th Friday. I have just been told that I was put off till the 17th of May. This is not acceptable. I rearranged my schedule to be home today and I am put off the same day without notice. I am now asking for a new dryer ASAP (today) and that I am paid in full for the inconvenience.

      I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the service I got. There are few cliches like the first service representative I spoke with,,and the cliche in the computer system. But in the end all is well and I am very satisfied.
