Avoid this company at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, disrespect, and rudeness are undeniable. My experience with them, starting from day 1 when they mowed my lawn, was far from pleasant. Initially, they quoted me $30, but disappointingly, they never bothered to trim around the fence. When I pointed this out, they had the audacity to demand an additional $10 for the service. Furthermore, their communication is abysmal. They never bother to inform you in advance when they'll show up to work on your lawn. As a result, they might arrive when you're not home, leaving the job half-done and charging you almost the full amount because the gate was closed. in addition, he told me to go hire someone who is Non-American for whatever reason and hung up. In summary, this company is unprofessional, disrespectful, and unreliable. I strongly advise against using their services.
