I paid this law firm 1300.00 for a tax lien that I didn't owe. They even knew I didn't owe it either. But to get the lien release quickly I paid it anyway after being told i would get the release in 48 hours. After 4i hours I called 5 different times and kept being told I'd be called back and they would take care of it. On the fifth call they gave me some bogus number to call and when I called back to te them it was bad number they wouldn't answer. So I called from another phone number and magically they answered only to tell everyone left the office. Being lied to then ignored after I in good faith paid a debt I didn't owe is close to criminal and it sure is civil negligence. I expect a formal complaint to be filed against this firm.Business response

One of my employees left 2 voice messages for you, which were not returned. I also left you a voice message, which was not returned. We were able to expedite the releases from the State of Ohio and forwarded them to you after you did not return our phone calls.
